Spain’s most sold sports newspaper Marca claims today Real Madrid are facing a big problem regarding their goalkeepers.

“Trouble in goal,” they title. “With all the lights pointing to Iker Casillas, Keylor Navas will join the squad today, while Diego Lopez refuses to leave,” they explain.

Marca states Lopez had a heated conversation with Real Madrid directors on the plane back from the United States. “I’m better, and you know it, but do what you want,” he said.

The other main Madrid-based sport daily, As, highlights on it’s front page Keylor Navas words at his arrival to the Spanish capital: “I’ve come here to learn,” he told the journalists.

As points out Navas “arrived do Madrid yesterday, visited Valdebebas and spoke to Carlo Ancelotti.” “He will be unveiled at the Santiago Bernabeu at 13.00,” they report.

As also reveals that Florentino Perez and Angel di Maria’s agent Jorge Mendes are meeting today to discuss the Argentinian’s move to Paris Saint-Germain, aiming to reach an agreement with the French club as soon as possible.

  1. Madrid can make a cool cash by selling Casillas. Navas should be given the chance to prove himself, while Lopez should serve as a backup.
