Real Madrid want to extend Carvajal’s deal

Real Madrid are in talks with Dani Carvajal with the goal of extending his current contract. The Spaniard right back is playing really good in the last seasons and Los Blancos want to renew him. Despite his contract ends in 2020 and he only arrived one year and a half ago, the club wants to extend his deal because of his good performances.

Dani Carvajal in one of the key players for Zinedine Zidane because of his great performances since his return after being in the Bundesliga playing for Bayer Leverkusen, where he received the award of the best right back in the German league in the 2012-2013 season. Last year Real madrid signed Danilo from Porto and many people thought that the Brazilian right back was going to play more than Carvajal because he signed for an amount of €31.5M, being one of the best Porto players in that season. Since Danilo’s arrival, the Brazilian has not played as well as it was expected and Real Madrid are trying to extend Carvajal’s contract with the goal of having a very good right back for many years.

Carvajal is nowadays one of the best right backs in all the world and he is only 25 years old. This will be Carvajal’s fourth season in La Liga and he is improving season by season. This year he has been in the line-up 22 games and he has already played 2019′ minutes, while the last season he stayed in the pitch 2317 minutes. In only four games more, the right back will reach the same amount of minutes he played last season. In this year he is being very important for Real Madrid and nowadays no one can imagine a line up without Carvajal in an important game. He has been playing all his life with Real Madrid and his desire to stay in the Spanish capital will render the talks much easier.
