Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski will turn down approaches from Premier League clubs this summer in the hope he can complete a move to Real Madrid when their transfer ban ends, according to reports.

The Independent newspaper claimed the Poland international is attracting the interest of Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City but will turn down any offer he receives from them.

The 27-year-old has been a major success in the Bundesliga since arriving from Lech Poznan in 2010. With Borussia Dortmund and now Bayern Munich, he has won every honour in Germany and is believed to be keen to test himself in a new league while still in his prime.

The striker has long attracted the attention of Real, who were keen on him when he left Dortmund in 2014. He signed a five-year deal with the Allianz Arena outfit and they are believed to be keen to extend that deal until 2021. With Pep Guardiola set to leave the club this summer to be replaced by ex-Real boss Carlo Ancelotti, Bayern fear a number of the star players could follow suit in search of a new challenge.

Lewandowski has already scored 25 goals in just 27 games this season as Bayern look set to retain the title they won last season.
