Zinedine Zidane has to take many decisions in the next few days. After taking over Benitez’s job, the Frenchman didn’t have the opportunity to plan the season and had to keep going forward with his team. However, after lifting the 11th Champions League trophy, he has all the credit to plan the next season.

Apart from saying who should stay on the team or who should leave -he was very clear he wants Isco in the squad-, there are several youngsters that are waiting for Zidane’s choice to see where they will play the next year.

Martin Odegaard, the Norwegian youngster, played with Zidane at Castilla last season and arrived to Real Madrid as a star. Now the coach has to decide whether to keep him in the second team, promoting the Norwegian to the first squad or giving him away on loan to a First Division team.

Mariano Díaz or Borja Mayoral are the top scorers at Castilla -Real Madrid second team. Mayoral played already some minutes with Zidane in La Liga but his performance wasn’t very good. He might leave the club on loan to have more minutes in a top flight club.

Marco Asensio and Burgui played last year for Espanyol. Both were key players for the different coaches but it’s very unlikely that they could return to Real Madrid. Both are young so should stay another year on loan.

Finally, Diego Llorente and Jesús Vallejo also played really well for Rayo Vallecano and Zaragoza. Their performance might give them the opportunity to join a better squad next season.
