The German club and Real Madrid have made official the deal, a good destination for Achraf. He played the World Cup with Morocco as a left back, but he didn’t have many opportunities this season at Real Madrid. He was able to play 9 games this season at La Liga with a total of 757 minutes. He even scored two goals, against Sevilla and Celta de Vigo.

Achraf is a youngster grew in La Fábrica and the club expects him to come back after these two seasons in Germany as there is a lot of confidence in his skills. He was born in Madrid 19 years ago, but he plays with Morocco because his family is from this African country.

Real Madrid signed some weeks ago Álvaro Odriozola from Real Sociedad. With his arrival, it was pretty clear that Achraf needed to leave the club as there is no space for him. Now, Carvajal and Odriozola will fight for the right back position, with Nacho Fernández as an alternative if both get injured. The right back position is one of the best covered positions in the squad right now.

This time the rumours were true. Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Real Madrid to join Juventus for €112M. The Portuguese star is no longer Real Madrid player and he will be in the Serie A the next four seasons, until he is 37 years old. CR7 leaves the Spanish capital 9 years after with 16 titles and 451 goals. Perhaps, the best player in Real Madrid history has said goodbye to the club.

After the Champions League final in Kiev, Ronaldo said that “it was nice to play at Real Madrid”, opening the door to his departure. However, there wasn’t anything new, because he threatened several times to leave the club, pushing for a payrise. But this time was special and the relationship between Florentino Pérez and the star was completely broken. The president didn’t want to offer him a new contract despite Cristiano’s great season.

Another important issue is the problems with the Spanish Tax Authorities. In the last years, Cristiano Ronaldo had to speak with the judges explaining his tax declaration and he even accepted 2 year prison sentence, according to some media, although he didn’t have to enter in jail. Angry for the no support of the club, this could be another reason for Ronaldo to leave.

Now he will join Juventus, as Real Madrid published in their website, the Italian champion the last seven years. His challenge will be leading the Vecchia Signora to the Champions League title, because the Italian champion has always struggled in Europe. They lost two finals in the recent years -against FC Barcelona and Real Madrid- and they want to conquer the title again.

Real Madrid need to think how to replace the best player in their recent history. Obviously, the team will be completely different next year, having lost the manager, Zinedine Zidane, and the main star, Cristiano Ronaldo. Florentino Pérez needs to think very well what to do, because it will be very difficult to repeat the recent years success.

Real Madrid have many options to replace Cristiano Ronaldo in the market but none of them are good enough. He has won the last Ballon D’Ors and he is again the main candidate to receive the award later this year. But it will be time for Florentino Pérez to buy a new star and it’s not that easy nowadays.

Neymar is the best option, according to several media. However, the Brazilian star had many problems during the season with PSG and he was injured most of the time. Besides, he hasn’t played a great World Cup and, even most important, his behaviour inside and outside the pitch is not the best. He’s been heavily criticized for diving during the World Cup and he’s hated all over the world. Besides, Florentino will have to pay more than €300M to PSG if he wants to get him.

Kylian Mbappé is the preferred option by Real Madrid supporters. The French striker is shining in the World Cup, especially in the game against Argentina. Besides, he’s done a good first season at Paris, although he couldn’t be decisive in the Champions League tie against Real Madrid. Again, PSG would ask for a lot of money and Mbappé is fond of staying in his country, so it’s almost mission impossible.

Harry Kane could be an alternative. The English striker is getting all the attention in Russia for leading his national team again to the semi-finals. However, he’s very tight at Tottenham Hotspur and recently he has extended his contract. It will be very tough to see the best striker of the Premier League leaving the islands.

There aren’t many other alternatives in the market. Eden Hazard or Robert Lewandowski could be other options, but the Belgian is not a striker and the Polish forward is already too old for paying a great sum of money.

Real Madrid have now closed the first big signing for the next season. Álvaro Odriozola will join the club for the next six seasons. Los Blancos will pay €30M plus other €5M depending on the goals set in the contract to Real Sociedad. Odriozola is only 22 years old and he has already played in the national team and he even travelled to Russia although he couldn’t play one minute in the World Cup.

Odriozola will be the main competitor for Dani Carvajal, who is the main right back in the squad. Last season, Achraf Hakimi was the second right back, but the Moroccan international is still too young to play at Real Madrid and he will leave on loan this season, probably to Borussia Dortmund, following the steps of Carvajal.

Julen Lopetegui has great reports from Odriozola. Actually, he decided to include him in the list for the World Cup instead of Sergi Roberto, from FC Barcelona, who has more experience. For this reason, Odriozola will enjoy a lot of minutes at Real Madrid and it’s a great signing, continuing with the idea of signing young Spanish players, like Marcos Llorente, Marco Asensio, Vallejo or Ceballos. Also two other young Brazilian players like Vinicius or Rodrygo were signed by the Spanish giants.

Odriozola is a very offensive right back. This year he made a great season with Real Sociedad, his beloved club since he was a child. He played the Europa League with the club and also the whole season with great numbers. Besides, he is quite a good boy, so his period in the Spanish capital should be successful.

Los Blancos didn’t have any problem negotiating with Real Sociedad, a friendly club for Florentino Pérez. Real Madrid signed Asier Illarramendi some years ago as well from Real Sociedad, but hopefully Odriozola is able to succeed at Bernabéu Stadium.

Besides, the Italian giants are offering the Portuguese €30M per season and a contract until 2022.

Cristiano Ronaldo has some problems with the Spanish tax authorities and he’s not happy with Florentino Pérez. The president doesn’t want to offer him a pay rise for his attitude at the Champions League final and, besides, the club is not willing to help him with the Tax Authorities. Besides, the club is fighting to get another star on board like Neymar, who is much younger than Cristiano Ronaldo.

Juventus could be a great destination for Cristiano Ronaldo. The Italian champion wants to get rid of Gonzalo Higuaín, so the striker role will be available for him. Besides, they dominate the Serie A in the last years and they are ready to make a step forward and win the Champions League title. TVE, the Spanish public TV, informed recently that Real Madrid have made an offer to PSG for €310M to sign the Brazilian star Neymar Junior. Only few hours later, Los Blancos published a statement denying this information. However, the rumours linking Neymar and Real Madrid will continue for sure during the summer.

Neymar has helped his team to reach the Quarter-finals of the World Cup after beating Mexico 2-0, with the PSG star scoring the first goal. Meanwhile, the rumours about his future continue spreading. The last one was published by the Spanish public television, TVE (Televisión Española), who said that Los Blancos have made a bid for €310M. According to this information, they offered a seven-year deal to Neymar and €45M per year to the player as a salary.

However, the Spanish giants wanted to deny this information and they published a statement in their website, something quite unusual, especially with the rumours that are always on the news during the summer: “In light of information broadcast tonight by TVE regarding an alleged Real Madrid offer to PSG and their player Neymar, Real Madrid C. F. wishes to state that this information is absolutely untrue. Real Madrid has made no offer of any kind to PSG or the player”, Real Madrid published.

Los Blancos were also shocked by this information, especially coming from an usually trusted source like TVE: “Real Madrid are surprised that the Spanish public television network would choose to broadcast entirely false information without anyone from the outlet having first contacted any of the parties concerned to corroborate the supposed information, which would have been quite easily discredited”.

Despite this statement, the rumours will continue this summer, especially if Neymar continues with his good level shown in the World Cup. Some important players like Kaká recently advised Neymar to sign for Real Madrid. In the meantime, Los Blancos will have to think what to do with Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, whose future is quite uncertain right now.

Marco Asensio Has Not Considered Leaving Los Blancos

Liverpool FC are trying to improve their squad for the next season after arriving to the Champions League in Kiev last May. Besides, so far he has always spoken really well about his experience at Real Madrid. However, he hasn’t got a spot in the line-up and, for instance, he was on the bench in the Champions League final.

Despite his age, he has become a very important player in the squad but not to secure a place in the starting eleven. Gareth Bale’s possible departure could benefit the Spaniard, who plays in the same position. In addition, Cristiano Ronaldo’s new role, as a forward, makes more space for the young player.

After Zinedine Zidane’s departure and after winning three Champions League titles in a row, Real Madrid could risk the departure of many of their stars as the end of the project.
