José Antonio Reyes died in a crash accident this Saturday 1st of June when he was travelling between Utrera and Seville at the age of 35. The doctors couldn’t do anything for his life when the ambulance arrived to the place of the accident. Real Madrid have released a statement offering their condolences to the family.

Reyes leaves wife and three kids after this tragedy that has shaken the Spanish and European football. Currently he was playing at Extremadura, in the Spanish Segunda División, but he wasn’t in the list for this weekend match, so he had some days off to spend with his family.

José Antonio Reyes was the youngest player to made his debut in La Liga with Sevilla when he was 16. Then, in the season 2003/04 he moved to London -where he could find some free online casino games in the multiple games room in the city. At Arsenal, he was able to win the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Community Shield.

Then, Real Madrid signed him and he won La Liga with Los Blancos. Actually Reyes scored the decisive goal against Mallorca at home to decide one of the most thrilling ends of the competition with Capello on the bench. Real Madrid had to win that last game and Mallorca took the lead in the first half. Luckily, Reyes drew the game with a great shot from outside the box.

José Antonio Reyes also played in China, and Espanyol, Atlético de Madrid, Córdoba, and Extremadura, his last team. Most of the footballers in La Liga has expressed their condolences including Sergio Ramos, also former Sevilla player. He also holds the record for being the player with more Europa League trophies, with 4. Perhaps, UEFA should decide to pay their respects in the Champions League final tonight.
