Keylor Navas is been one of the most important players for Real Madrid this season. It was his first season as the main goalkeeper after Casillas’ farewell. All the eyes were put on him but the goalkeeper has dealt with the pressure and played at a very high level.

Now, he is recovering for a surgery and he doesn’t know when he will be ready to train again. Instead of spending his holidays in Costa Rica, he’s in Madrid working with the fisiotherapist to improve his physical conditions.

The Spanish newspaper Marca has interviewed him and Keylor Navas has spoken about Casillas: “Casillas is an excellent goalkeeper and has got an amazing career at Real Madrid. You have to be respectful and admire his job, but when the season started it was me being there, it was my opportunity and the moment to write history. I’m going to try to write a beautiful story here so people can remember me as a great footballer and as a good person”

Navas also spoke about his great year at Bernabeu: “It’s amazing everything that has happened to me this year. For me, going out to the stadium, play, people cheering up my name…. See all the love from my team mates, the trust the managers had on me.. All these things are a prize for all my effort because I know nobody has given me anything for free. I fought everyday to stay here. Finally, God gave me the opportunity to enjoy all these things and it’s been a great satisfaction”.

Keylor Navas was about to leave Real Madrid on the 31st of August and De Gea was going to be signed by Real Madrid. However, the paperwork didn’t work and he had to stay at Madrid: “When a thing like that happen, it’s not nice. But I’m not the kind of person that look always back and I’m not resentful with anybody. I saw it as an opportunity that God gave me to accomplish my dream: playing at Real Madrid and winning titles. As the time went on I started to enjoy everything I was living, the games in La Liga, Champions League. I’m very thankful to everybody who helped me to be there”.

Real Madrid wont’ sell Toni Kroos, he’s untransferable, according to Spanish newspaper ABC. Real have made clear to teams from the Premier League like Manchester City that the footballer will be playing for Real. ABC explains that the club is not willing to touch a line that works well.

Having players like Modric, Kroos, Cristiano or Bale it’s logical that all big clubs attempt to sign a Real Madrid player. However, obviously, Los Blancos won’t allow to let go many of their players.

One of the examples is Toni Kroos. A lot of Premier clubs want him. In fact, Guardiola wants him. Nevertheless, Real have been clear and they don’t want to destabilize the midfielder line, where the trio of Kroos, Modric and Casemiro form a perfect match.

Zidane has managed to make the best of Kroos. The German midfielder is having a similar mission he had at Bayern as an offensive midfielder. But with Benítez, he couldn’t find his place, as the Spanish coach took him off from the position of game director.

Now the number ‘8’ has become the best midfielder of all EURO2016 with Iniesta, although he isn’t the only Madridista who is highlighting. Morata, along with Bale, are EURO top scorers (3 goals) and Cristiano Ronaldo saved Portugal, silencing all critics.

Real is clear: Kroos isn’t for sale. Florentino Pérez’ club knows selling at the current world champion with his national team and one of the players who made possible the dream of the Eleventh Champions League is a mistake. So Toni will not abandon the club, and they can start to work quietly to win the UEFA Super Cup against Sevilla and the Club World Cup.

The group stage of the Euro is finished and all Real Madrid players are in the knock stage round. Some of them have done a great job and, actually, the two topscorers of the competition are Real Madrid players: Gareth Bale and Álvaro Morata.

Gareth Bale. With no discussion, Wales is been the greatest surprise in the competition. It’s not only Bale playing for the Welsh team but they’ve reached the Last 16 beating Slovakia and Russia. Bale is been the leader, scoring three goals, one in every single game he’s played.

Toni Kroos. Germany is one of the main favourites team to win the tournament. Toni Kroos is helping his team with accuracy in all the passes. He’s been the heart of the midfield and maybe the best player of the team.

Sergio Ramos, Lucas Vázquez and Álvaro Morata. We can’t say anything about Lucas Vàzquez because, unfortunately, he hasn’t played yet in this Euro. Sergio Ramos hasn’t been very lucky in the last game as he missed a very important penalty kick against Croatia. On the other hand, Morata is doing a great job and has scored three goals already.

Pepe and Cristiano Ronaldo. Cristiano Ronaldo’s tournament was disappointed until the last game. He scored two goals and gave one assist in the draw against Hungary. Portugal is still alive thanks to him. Pepe is not doing so well because Portugal are having serious defensive problems.

Luka Modric and Kovacic. Modric couldn’t play the last game against Spain due to an injury but he should be fit for the Last 16 game against Portugal. Modric is the key player of a great team like Croatia. Kovacic is not playing, even if Modric was ruled out for the Spain game.

Alvaro Morata

Juventus made public this week that Real Madrid will buy back Morata after the Euro thanks to the clause signed two years ago. Los Blancos have to pay 30M€ before the 15th of July if they want to bring back Morata.

With Morata in Madrid, the club has now to decide what they want to do. In the meantime, several clubs are showing interest in signing the Spanish forward who is the topscorer of the Euro with three goals.

One of these clubs is Chelsea. According to The Telegraph, Roman Abramovich went to Bordeaux to see the Spanish defeat against Croatia last Tuesday. He could have gone there to see live Morata, who scored the Spanish goal at that game but his performance was a bit poor.

According to Le 10 Sport, the ‘Blues’ are already offering 50M€ to Real Madrid, a number that could not be enough because Real Madrid has fixed a price of 80M€ for the striker.

Italian national coach, Antonio Conte, and future Chelsea manager really wants Morata to reinforce the attack line of the London club and Abramovich could do the effort of buying him.

But it’s going to be complicated. Especially because Chelsea have competence. Juventus, despite letting Morata go, could make an effort and make a bid for the 23-year-old striker.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus could sell Simone Zaza, now playing for Italy in the Euro, to buy again Morata and keeping him on the squad. It would be a strange movement taking in consideration that Morata didn’t play a lot this season because Dybala and Mandzukic were the attackers prefered by Massimiliano Allegri.

Morata and Real Madrid will have to sit down after the Euro and talk about the future. Staying in Madrid, going back to Italy or play in the Premier League are Morata’s choices. What is he going to do?

There is a lot of talks and rumours concerning the transfer market around Real Madrid. After last quiet summer, Real is expected to move and sign a big star despite winning the Champions League trophy in May. Real Madrid is working on his future squad and want to know as soon as possible which players want to stay and leave the club. Los Blancos have received offers for Nacho and now they’re talking with the player to see whether his intentions are to stay or to leave.

The club wants Nacho to stay in the squad another year along with Pepe, Ramos and Varane so the full back line will stay untouched for the next season. For this reason, Real Madrid are in talks with Nacho to see if they can convince him to stay.

Despite Nacho hasn’t had a lot of opportunities in the first team, the 26-year-old is highly rated in the Bernabéu Stadium. He can play in any position in the defense line and has proved himself very valuable.

For this reason, Nacho is targeted for many Italian clubs. Roma is especially interested on signing the Madrid player after suffering several injuries in the line defense, including German player Rudiger. Roma also asked about Nacho in January but Real Madrid closed the door then.

Nacho is 26 years old and he failed to secure a place in the Spain squad for the Euro due to the lack of opportunities in the club. The Welsh man is leading his national team into the last 16 round in their first appearance in this competition, leading the group ahead of England or Slovakia. Real Madrid want to tie him up and is ready to offer a contract extension as soon as possible. According to The Daily Mail this would be a deal for life because the player is expecting a deal stretching way beyond his 30th birthday and he’s only 26 right now.

Gareth Bale arrived three years ago to Real Madrid after a £85M record deal from Tottenham Hotspur becoming the most expensive transfer in the history. This record could blow up if Real Madrid finalyy sign Paul Pogba from Juventus.

Real Madrid can be called themselves as lucky because Morata is performing a great Euro, scoring two goals in the Spanish victory against Turkey. This good performance means more money for Los Blancos, especially if they finally decide to sell Morata.

It’s very important for Morata this Euro as well. He said several times that he wants to play at Real Madrid and now all the eyes are on him. Gareth Bale is been one of the best players in this Euro 2016 so far. The winger is leading Wales to make history in France and the Welsh national team is already in the knock-out stage of the competition. They went through in a brilliant way after thrashing Russia in the third game.

Wales won two games -Slovakia and Russia- and lost one -England- in the group stage, earning 6 points, enough to be the top of the group. It’s Wales first participation in an Euro and they are already making history in the competition.

All this amazing collective work is lead by Gareth Bale. The Real Madrid winger is showing that he is one of the best footballers in the world and can be the decisive player when the team needs him. In the final games of La Liga, he showed it as well with Real Madrid, scoring very important goals in Vallecas and San Sebastián against Real Sociedad.

He was one of the best footballers in the Champions League final until he got injured. However, he was able as well to score his penalty shoot and help Los Blancos to lift the 11th Champions League.

Now he scored three goals in his first three appearances in the Euro 2016. Against Slovakia and England, Gareth Bale scored from free kick. Yesterday he scored the third goal against Russia with a good ‘chip’ shoot in front of Akinfeev.

UEFA have chosen the best goal in the Champions League 2015/16 and Cristiano Ronaldo has won the award. The stunning goal the Portuguese born scored at Olimpico was the best of the season for most of the users who wanted to vote. They won the second leg with the same scoreline, going on to win the tournament with Ronaldo scoring the decisive penalty in the final against Atletico Madrid. However, Roma fixture was really complicated for Real Madrid. It was Zidane’s first big game as Real Madrid coach and team had several doubts after sacking Rafa Benítez and having lost all the chances to win La Liga. Therefore, Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal was very important for the future performance of the team.

Cristiano Ronaldo played a great Champions League competition scoring 16 goals and creating four more in his 12 appearances.
