The players, the supporters, the staff… Everybody celebrated the 33rd title of La Liga for Real Madrid after five years fighting to bring back the trophy to Santiago Bernabéu. It was a long, tough and hard path to conquer the title, so it was time to celebrate before getting ready for the dessert of the season: the final of the Champions League.

The party started with the final whistle at La Rosaleda. The players tossed Zinedine Zidane into the air and then the interrupted the press conference to put champagne on the manager. Sergio Ramos took a bullfighting cape and started the show on the grass. All the players, with their cellphones and cameras, recorded all the unforgettable moments.

Isco, one of the best players of the team in the last weeks, could win the trophy in his hometown: “The Real Madrid supporters shouldn’t worry, I’ll stay”, the player said about the renewal of his contract. Keylor Navas also confirmed that he’ll stay in the capital even if David De Gea signs with Los Blancos: “I’m going to fight, no matter who comes”.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored again the first goal of the game and he was one of the best players in the last games of the season, scoring crucial goals: “People speak about me as If I’m a criminal and they don’t know shit”, said the Portuguese striker. “I’m not a saint but I’m not the devil either”, Cristiano commented.

After the party in the stadium, Real Madrid took a plane and arrived to Madrid at 1am. They headed to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, where they caught a convertible bus to enjoy the title with their supporters. The squad arrived at La Cibeles, the fountain where Real Madrid supporters celebrate the titles, at 2.30am. There were thousand of supporters waiting for their team and they cheered and applauded their heroes.

The players and the supporters had a few words for the rival: “Piqué, bastard, send greeting to the champions”, some players like Nacho or Carvajal said. Some others also had words for Atlético Madrid: “Tell me, what you feel”. There was a lot of happiness during the evening but Cristiano Ronaldo was already thinking in the Champions League final: “We need you to win the Champions League”.

As the 2016/2017 football season draws to an end, lots of speculations about players moving from one club to the other starts emanating. Some have been there since the beginning of the season or even since the last transfer window while others are just new speculations. However, speculative journalists will have to earn their pay so we are not surprised at these. But some of the stories could be really ridiculous.Hazard-Wallpaper

One of the latest of such news, albeit a long lasting one is that of Chelsea star Eden Hazard’s purported move to Real Madrid. Of course, we all know Madrid is a team that gets every player they want because of their financial power. But one wonders why they’ve not snatched the Barcelona star that has been their nemesis in recent years. Chelsea is not a team to intimidate with money as they have it in good quantity. The premier league football betting odds on him leaving this summer will be very high because it is very much unlikely.

But the rumours have refused to go away and people are beginning to believe that Madrid will place a ridiculously huge bid for Hazard next season. When Mourinho was at Chelsea last 2 years, he had to tackle such rumours by positing that Hazard and Oscar would cost any team that wants them 100 million pounds each. That is about 120 million Euros each. Hazard’s worth has obviously increased with his exploits this season. So if Real were to be serious, then they should be preparing a bid in the region of 150 to 200 million pounds.

Zidane on Hazard

Zidane-Wllpaper

This rumour was rekindled when Zidane described him as the third best footballer in the world after Messi and Ronaldo. This was even when he was undergoing a difficult period with the club last season. During his troubled times, Zidane said he has no doubt in his mind that the chap, who is his favourite player after Messi and Ronaldo will come out of the period a better player. For him, watching him play is ecstatic. When questioned about Madrid signing him, he answered that he loves the player.

Changes in the Squad

The statement above, however, is not the crux of the matter, but the changes Zidane made in his Real Madrid team are. Ronaldo who has played on the same right wing as Hazard for his entire career was moved to the number 9 position by Zidane. This made him the central striker and he has been delivering since then. The speculation is that these changes were made so that Hazard will come and fill in the right wing position, which is his signature wing.

Hazard on Zidane

Hazard on his own has said that he consider Zidane, Ronaldinho and Riquelme as artists. He said in many interviews that one of his boyhood heroes and football idols was Zidane. He admired them because of their passes, movements on the pitch and many other things. He compared himself to Zidane and concluded that he is not an artist like Zidane who does amazing things with the ball.

Benzema on Hazard

Benzema_Wall
However, the speculation grew even more intense when Real Madrid players started talking about it. Karim Benzema who is one of the forwards in the Blancos team has also come out to say that he will be happy to see Hazard in the Real Madrid squad next season. For him, the guy is a wonderful player that surprises people. He doesn’t know if there are talks about him coming to Madrid, but he believes getting Hazard to Madrid will be a great move.

So, would Real Madrid make the move? That is the question on everyone’s lips.

Zinedine Zidane was very happy after winning his first La Liga title as a coach. The French manager has changed the team in only 16 months and he’s conquered the Champions League, the FIFA Club World Cup, the European Supercup and now La Liga title. “It’s the best moment in my professional life”, Zizou said.

“It doesn’t look like that but I’m very happy, 38 games and at the end La Liga is the most difficult and beautiful tournament. Spanish league is the most beautiful and winning it is amazing, I’m very happy”, the manager said after the title.

Obviously, Zidane and his team had to overcome a very tough season: “We’ve achieved everything working and fighting and with our squad we only had to think on working. It’s been a difficult and complicated league in some moments, but after 38 games on the top there isn’t anything more”:

The manager wanted to put some value on the trophy: “It was very important, many years without winning it and we know that the day-to-day is La Liga. Winning it was very important and even more for Real Madrid because it’s the best of the world and we have to come back for La Liga”.

The coach was lifted in the air by the players and he wanted to highlight his group: “It’s amazing, the credit is for everyone but especially the players, who have fought and the message is that everybody is important and this the key of the success. It’s a very important moment for a coach and the group. The group is the key to succeed. It’s the key for La Liga”.

Zizou also had some words for Cristiano Ronaldo: “He’s always there making the difference and I’m glad for him and for everybody. He’s a bit different because he’s always there to score”.

After the game, it was time to celebrate: “We have to enjoy what we did today. There are no words to describe the job. I’d like to go up and dance but I won’t do it”. Finally, Zidane spoke about the success: “When you create one thing and you work in this way, the titles arrive”.

Real Madrid beat Málaga 0-2 at La Rosaleda in the last game of the regular season and now they claimed La Liga title 2016-2017. After five years without winning this title, Real Madrid achieved La Liga in a wonderful and excited season where the team managed by Zinedine Zidane was the best squad of the Spanish league.

Zinedine Zidane decided to introduce Danilo in the right back instead of Nacho, who has been one of the best players of the season. Isco was the footballer who had to connect the midfield with the attacking line being the playmaker of the team.

The match could not start better for Real Madrid. In the 2nd minute Luis Hernández made a big mistake in the defense and Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoreboard with a great finish after an assist of Isco. It was really good news for Real Madrid’s interests because it was very important to score the first goal of the clash. In the 13th minute Málaga had their first chance to tie the game with a good shot from the best player of the Andalusian team, Sandro, but Keylor Navas saved it. Real Madrid were controlling the game but in the 21st minute, Sandro once again, had a great opportunity from a free kick but Keylor Navas prevented the goal with a wonderful save, showing that he is in a great moment.

Los Blancos were playing really good, highlighting Kroos and Modric who were giving the necessary balance in the midfield. In 30th minute Cristiano had a great opportunity to score his second personal goal but Kameni saved it. Bezema was constantly in motion, which allowed Ronaldo the chance to occupy the number nine position, where he has been a deadly in the recent months.

Real Madrid started the second half with several doubts, making many mistakes in defense but in the 55th minute Los Blancos doubled their lead with a goal of Benzema in a reject of Kameni from a very powerful header of Sergio Ramos. Ten minutes later Zinedine Zidane decided to substitute Isco by James and Casemiro by Kovacic. The Spanish play maker left the pitch applauded from Málaga supporters after his past in the Andalusian side. After the second goal, Los Blancos were very confortable in the pitch knowing that they were going to win La Liga. In the 73rd minute Morata replaced Benzema with the aim of scoring the third goal in a counter attack taking advantage Morata’s speed. In the last 10 minutes the team managed by Zidane had several chances to increase the gap with opportunities from Modric and Marcelo but they missed them.

Congratulations to Real Madrid, who are the champions of Spain for the 33rd time in their history. Los Blancos played a really complete game and they were able to achieve La Liga in a season where the team managed by Zinedine Zidane has been the most regular team in all the league. Now they must celebrate the title with their supporters and rest for the great Champions League final on June 3 against a very tough team as Juventus.

Real Madrid are very interested in the signing of a young Spanish player who has grown a lot this season as a footballer. Los Blancos want to sign young players with the aim of having the best Spanish young talents in their squad in the future. The team managed by Zinedine Zidane aims to gather all the talents for the future and now they want to sign a player who is playing really good this season, Dani Ceballos, Real Betis midfielder.

Florentino Pérez wants to have the best Spanish young talents as Isco, Asensio, Marcos Llorente, Lucas Vázquez and Morata in his team and now it looks like that Real Madrid’s president wants to sign Dani Ceballos. The spaniard playmaker of 20 years old has a release clause of €15M, and Los Blancos want to lower that price with an offer of €12M and one year more on loan at Betis.

Dani Ceballos has been in the last years in Real Madrid’s agenda but they wanted to wait until the player has grown as a player because of his immaturity. If finally Real Madrid decide to sign Betis currently player, many youngsters as Vallejo, Asensio, Mayoral and Ceballos will not have space in the first team. For this reason Los Blancos want to send him on loan one year more to Betis, in the team where he feels more confortable. Zinedine Zidane wants to see him one year more in a team where he can be the leader, with the goal of following his evolution throughout the next season.

The Spaniard playmaker has been the best player of Betis during the season, despite he started the year with several doubts, without having many minutes when Poyet was the manager. When the Uruguayan coach left Betis and Victor Sánchez del Amo became the new coach, Ceballos started to be a very important player in the squad, being the best player of the team and the reference in the midfield.

Málaga v Real Madrid Prediction

Real Madrid have the great chance of becoming La Liga champion after 5 seasons without achieving this title. We think the team managed by Zinedine Zidane is going to suffer against a Málaga who are finishing the season in a high level. We expect a very tough game for Real Madrid but we think Los Blancos will beat the Andalusian team because nowadays they are the most reliable team in the league and they only need one point to win La Liga.

In the match of the Santiago Bernabéu, Real Madrid managed the victory (2-1) with two goals of Sergio Ramos. Last season at La Rosaleda, Malaga and Real Madrid tied (1-1) with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring a goal and failing a penalty.

Zinedine Zidane spoke at press conference the day before the clash they will have against Málaga at La Rosaleda in the last game of the regular season. Los Blancos only need one point to achieve La Liga, after five years without winning this title. The French manager highlighted tomorrow’s opponent, a summary of all the season, what people think about Real Madrid and other important topics.

Zidane started the press conference talking about the difficulty of winning La Liga: “It’s a difficult competition. There are 38 games and it’s not easy to show every three days that you want to win La Liga. The players have been phenomenal during all the season and we deserve what we are doing. We are in the first position and now we must achieve at least one point at La Rosaleda. It will surely be the most difficult match. This game will be tougher than the one at Balaídos, because Malaga is playing very well”, the French manager said.

The medias have remembered during all the week that Málaga’s manager,Michel, is a former Real Madrid player and that he will help Los Blancos to achieve the title:” I’m only focused in what we must do. We depend on us, I don’t look at the opponent or anybody. We are going to have a difficult game against a team that is playing really good”, the French manager didn’t want to give importance to the past of Málaga’s coach.

Los Blancos are doing an incredible year and Zidane explained the keys about the great performance of his players during all the season:” I think that the key is that we have an incredible group of players. From the beginning, they believed in the system and the idea. It worked really good during the season but we have not won anything yet“, Zidane said what is the key of such a great season.

Many people don’t want that Real Madrid achieve La Liga and this is what Zidane thinks about them:”I don’t know if it’s everyone, but many people don’t want Real Madrid to win, but that’s normal. We know we have to win in the pitch and we will not give up”, Zidane affirmed.

Real Madrid transfer window in the summer will be very interesting. Despite the great season of Los Blancos, we expect that some important players will leave the club and some other Galáctico should come to the dressing room. Among the footballers who could say goodbye to Madrid, we find Mariano Díaz.

Mariano Díaz is the third striker in the squad and he hasn’t had many opportunities this season with Los Blancos. Actually, he has only played 8 games in La Liga, never starting, and he’s only enjoyed 115 minutes, scoring one goal against Deportivo de la Coruña at home.

The Dominican Republic striker didn’t want to leave the club on loan this winter transfer window, despite he had many options. Important clubs of the Spanish First Division wanted him on loan, but he thought he might convince Zidane about his importance in the squad. Nothing close to the reality.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema are irreplaceable in the team and even Álvaro Morata is struggling to have some minutes despite being the second top scorer of the team this season. For this reason, Mariano Díaz should look for new opportunities in summer, especially thinking that he is only 23 years old and he could improve a lot in the next years.

Many teams will try to get him on loan in the summer, but two La Liga clubs have already showed interest in the striker. According to El Desmarque, Málaga and Betis, both from Andalucía, have already asked about the player.

Málaga, the last rival of Los Blancos in La Liga, have Sandro Ramírez as his star, but the former Barcelona striker, might leave the club in the summer, so Mariano could be the perfect replacement. Betis struggled this season and they want to launch a good project, with Alfonso Pérez Muñoz or Lorenzo Serra Ferrer in the staff. Mariano Díaz could be the star of this project together with Sergio León, Osasuna striker who has been linked with the Andalusian team.

In the next weeks, Mariano Díaz has to think about this future, but his best options would be outside of Santiago Bernabéu. If he succeeds, he could come back like Morata or Carvajal to earn a spot in the squad.

Marco Asensio

Julen Lopetegui, Spanish national coach, has made public the list of players who will be present in the next games of Spain. Marco Asensio is the great news for Los Blancos because he’s been called by the national time for the very first time.

Spain will face Colombia in the 7th of June in a friendly game in Murcia. Afterwards, the Spanish national team will play on the 11th of June against Macedonia in Skopje, a key clash for qualifying for the Russian World Cup.

The national coach has called six Real Madrid players: Carvajal, Ramos, Nacho, Isco, Asensio and Morata. They’ll join the group later than their colleagues because the appointment is for the 3rd of June and Los Blancos will be in Cardiff, getting ready for the final of the Champions League.

Asensio has many reason to be happy in these days. He’s been a key player in the last month of competition for Los Blancos and he could win his first La Liga title in the next three days. Besides, he will have the opportunity to make his debut with the national team after the Champions League final. His summer will be very short, because he’s been called by the Under 21 to play the European tournament in the summer.

Another important name in the list is Isco Alarcón. Lopetegui has a lot of confidence in the Málaga born player and he even called him when Isco was on the bench. Now that the playmakers is showing his quality, he could be one of the most important players in the Spanish national team. Now, he is ready to make his debut.
