Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba says he is ready for battle ahead of the Bianconeri’s key game against Real Madrid on tonight.

The Frenchman was in a confident mood, after scoring the only goal of the game against Parma and now is fully focused on the game against Real, which the Turin side must win to keep their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League knockout stages.

Pogba spoke to Sky Sport Italia about the Parma win and commented on the game, saying “It was a very difficult and important game, so it is fundamental that we got the three points here. Parma were one of the form teams of the last few weeks and we won a tough fixture.”

“I honestly thought Fabio Quagliarella’s shot was going in, but I followed it up anyway and managed to score on the rebound off the crossbar.” added the French international, speaking about his third league goal of the season.

Juventus will look to redeem themselves after their 2-1 loss to Los Blancos last time out at the Santiago Bernabeu, and the Frenchman said “Now we must be ready for Real Madrid, as we need to win this time in the Champions League.”
