PSG are looking into the Spanish market to get new players on board for their new project. They’ve eyed Marcos Llorente, currently playing on loan at Alavés from Real Madrid. The French team would be able to bid up to €60M.

PSG suffered a shocking knock-out from the Champions League Last 16 round against FC Barcelona and they want to sign new and young players for the upcoming seasons. Unai Emery’s future is still to be decided and the Spanish manager might not continue the next season. However, the French side is already preparing the next season.

They would like to sign Marcos Llorente, one of the best players of Alavés in their great season. They’ve arrived to the Copa del Rey final and they are far from the relegation zone. Llorente is owned by Real Madrid, who gave him on loan to Alavés in his first year with a top-flight club.

Los Blancos would like to bring him back to Madrid in the summer but the player has his doubts. Zidane didn’t give him many opportunities at the beginning and they’re hesitating whether it would be positive for Llorente to go back to Bernabéu. Nevertheless, the club thinks that Llorente should have a spot in the first squad and he could be the perfect replacement for Casemiro as an stopper.

Los Blancos have to move very quickly because the player is already tempted with good offers. PSG are ready to bid up to €60M according to the Spanish newspaper As. Besides, Marco Verratti was very angry after the humiliation at Camp Nou and he would be open to leave París. Llorente could be the perfect replacement for the Italian player in the midfield if he finally decides to leave. Some clubs like Real Madrid or FC Barcelona were chasing Verratti, whose price should be raised in the last months with his great performances.
