Real Madrid Must Win Osasuna, according to bookmakers

After two weeks without any game, Real Madrid come back to Santiago Bernabéu stadium to face Osasuna. Theoretically, it should be an easy game against a newly promoted team, who don’t pick up a point in Madrid since 2005. Besides, Osasuna have started the season in a poor way, being defeated by Real Sociedad at home and earning a point in the very last minute in Málaga.

On the other hand, Real Madrid have won all three games in the season so far. The last one, only fifteen days ago at Bernabéu Stadium was against Celta, when Los Blancos suffered to earn the three points thanks to a late goal from Toni Kroos. On Saturday (15:15, UK time) it should be easier against Osasuna.

At least this is what bookmakers say. If we take a look at the odds on Betfair, Real Madrid should easily win Osasuna. Los Blancos are big favourites to win with 1/25 odds, whereas Osasuna’s victory is paid 40/1. The draw has 14/1 odds.

You can also bet in the market of first team to score and, obviously, Real Madrid are also favourites here with 1/12 odds, while Osasuna have 7/1 odds. If both teams score, the odds are higher with 8/5 whereas if both don’t score is paid 1/2.

Last time Osasuna travelled to Santiago Bernabéu was in 2014. Then, Real Madrid won 4-0. If we see the same result on Saturday, the odds are 6/1. Good money for a likely result. If Real Madrid win and both team score the odds are 15/8 with Betfair.

We can also have a look at the scorer market. Cristiano is set to come back and he’s the favourite to score in any momento of the game with 4/11 odds. After him, Bale has 4/6 and Benzema or Morata has 8/13.

What do you think will be the result?
