Real Madrid are very interested in De Gea’s signinig for next season and they are preparing a good offer to Manchester United. José Mourinho has said that the Red Devils will only negotiate if Los Blancos include Morata or Varane in the operation. The Portuguese manager wants to complete his squad for the next season and he will not let De Gea leave only for money.

It looks like Morata has more chances to be the player included in the operation because the Spanish striker is not playing many minutes this year and it seems he wants to change of squad because his desire is to be an important player in an important side. He is showing this year that he is capable to play in a huge team like Real Madrid because when Zinedine Zidane has given him the chance to play he has always answered scoring goals. We must also add that with Ibrahimovic long injury, Morata could be a good replace of the Swedish player in Manchester United attack. He has already score this season 12 goals in La Liga, 2 in Copa del Rey and 3 in Champions League, being a player that usually is not included in Zidane’s line-up.

Varane is the other player Mourinho’s wants in his squad. The French full back  has played a major role in Zidane’s line-up during this season until he was injured on February. Real Madrid don’t want to sell him and it will be quite difficult to see him included in the operation because Varane’s desire is to continue many years at Real Madrid, where he has grown as a player and as a person.

Real Madrid intention is to sign De Gea without exchanging players. Florentino Pérez is preparing a huge offer of €70M for De Gea’s singing and we will see if it’s enough because it’s a record figure in a signing of goalkeeper.

Zinedine Zidane spoke at press conference the day before El Clásico. After knocking Bayern Munich out  in the Champions League Quarters Finals, Los Blancos want to close the week winning their major opponent with the goal of increasing the gap to six points.

The French manager started the press conference talking about how to prepare El Clásico, one of the most important sport events in the world:” We know it’s a very important clash. We are a bit tired but there is a lot of hope in what we are doing. If we finally win El Clásico there will still be seven remaining games to play”, Zidane said about El Clásico.

Zidane wanted to affirm that they are not favourites to win El Clásico, despite knocking Bayern Munich out this week, one of the most powerful squads in all Europe:” Maybe the people think that we are going to win this game because we won Bayern Munich, and that’s not true. We are very focused in this match, without thinking in what have done. We are not favourites because it’s a game that you must fight until the end if you want to achieve the victory.

This will be the first Clásico of Zidane at Santiago Bernabéu and he seemed quite proud of it:” Of course it’s special. It’s a very important game and we are ready to play it. We are going to play in our stadium and with the support of our fans and with the work of the team we will try to achieve the three points”, Zidane said.

The journalists didn’t doubt about asking the great performance of Marcelo and Cristiano Ronaldo in the last game against Bayern Munich:” Marcelo is a very complete player with a lot of character. He is a great teammate because he is always joking. What can I say about Cristiano. He is physically and mentally prepared to play another good match. Gareth Bale is working hard at Valdebebas -Real Madrid training ground- to get ready for El Clásico. Zinedine Zidane said in press conference before the game against Bayern Munich that the Welshman was ruled out for the Champions League clash but he would have some chances to be fit on Sunday. However, should he play in the line-up if he is ready?

The former Tottenham Hotspur player has trained with his colleagues two days before El Clásico at Santiago Bernabéu. Zidane doesn’t want to risk with his players, especially now that Los Blancos are qualified for the semi-finals of the Champions League, where they’ll meet Atlético Madrid.

If the Welshman is not 100% fit, the French manager has several options to replace him. Isco Alarcón played against Bayern Munich in his position, although the formation was changed and Real Madrid played with the 4-4-2. The Spaniard didn’t shine in the Champions League, but he played good minutes and he’s been the best player in the last weeks.

Marco Asensio could be the other option. The Majorca-born player was a key man in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. He came from the bench in both games to assist Cristiano Ronaldo at the Allianz Arena and to score a superb goal at Bernabéu. Perhaps, now he deserves to play in the line-up.

The third option is Lucas Vázquez. The former Espanyol player hasn’t been included in the important games recently. He played some minutes against Bayern Munich but his performance was quite poor. Besides, he was substituted at Gijón and he kicked his seat on the bench, knowing that his performance could have been improved.

The other options could be including Kovacic or James Rodríguez, but there are less likely. Therefore, Zidane has several options to replace Bale, even if the Welshman is ready to play. Perhaps, it’d be better if he doesn’t force himself and rest for the important games ahead. For instance, on Wednesday Real Madrid will travel to La Coruña to face Deportivo and Zidane will need Bale’s talent.

Silvio Berlusconi sold the property of AC Milan to a Chinese investor group for €750M. The former Primer Minister has no longer link with his beloved club and the new owners want to invest a lot of money to go back to the European competitions.

According to the Italian newspaper Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan have eyed two Real Madrid players to join the club in the next season. These are Álvaro Morata and Mateo Kovacic, both with experience in the Italian Serie A.

Álvaro Morata hasn’t played any minute in the Champions League quarter-finals against Bayern Munich in both games. Therefore, despite scoring important goals in La Liga like the one against Sporting Gijón, he’s left apart in the crucial games of the season. This point, linked to the fact that the BBC are untouchable, put him in the market for important clubs.

Kovacic, on the other hand, has never had the opportunity to bright with Los Blancos. The Croatian midfielder has Zidane’s confidence but Modric, Kroos and Casemiro are fixed players in the line-up. When they were injured, he had the opportunity to play, and he succeed, but went back to the bench when they were recovered. Kovacic played at Inter Milan, so he knows the city and the competition very well.

Another players targeted by the Italian club are Alexandre Lacazette and Patrick-Emerick Aubameyang. Both strikers are the alternative if Morata finally decides to stay in Madrid. These are quite expensive acquisitions, but the North Italian club needs to spend a lot of money to improve their current squad.

Despite the good start of the season, Montella’s side is out of the European zone right now and they’ll struggle to get a ticket for the Europa League. Milan is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and they need to compete and play the Champions League as soon as possible.

Atlético Madrid have never won the Champions League and most of the times Real Madrid have prevented it. Now, Simeone’s side will have the opportunity to claim revenge against the city rivals. However, Zidane’s team is the favourite one to lift the trophy in Cardiff.

Both teams met just few days ago in La Liga, and Atlético Madrid were able to get a point from Santiago Bernabéu. Jesús Vallejo is injured and he will miss the rest of the season, according to the medical report made public by his club, Eintracht Frankfurt. The midfielder suffers a serious injury in his knee that will prevent him to play in the next six weeks. Unfortunately for him, he will say goodbye to his supporters from the nursery room.

Eintracht Frankfurt has been suffering in the last months of the season. They were one of the best teams in the first part of the Bundesliga, but now they’ve dropped until the 10th position, far from the European spots. The team has failed to win the last 10 games of the Bundesliga.

A bad movement in the training session will prevent Jesús Vallejo to help his team in the last games of the season. According to his manager, former Bayern Munich footballer Nico Kovac, Vallejo has been one of the best defenders of the competition and one of the reasons why Eintracht Frankfurt was at the top of the table during the first months of the season.

Jesús Vallejo played 24 games in the Bundesliga this season, 22 of them in the starting line-up. These are great numbers for a 20-year-old defender who hadn’t played before in a top level club.
