Eden Hazard is the option number one for Real Madrid. Los Blancos want to try to sign the Belgian playmaker again this summer after the great season he’s playing with Chelsea. However, the Blues are very happy with the new manager and no one wants to leave Antonio Conte’s project.

For this reason, Real Madrid are already working in another plan. This would be Thomas Lemar, the Monaco winger. The young French midfielder helped his team beating Manchester City and reaching the quarterfinals of the Champions League. Lemar is only 21 years old but he’s use to be in Leonardo Jardim’s line-ups. Actually, the winger has played 22 games from the beginning in the Ligue One, being one of the most important players of the squad.

According to OK Diario, Real Madrid scouters are following Lemar among other Monaco players. Actually, Kylian Mbappé, his colleague, is one of the most wanted players in Europe and PSG are about to offer around €60M for the striker.

Lemar should be cheaper. The winger arrived to Monaco two years ago for €4M from Caen and this has been his best season so far. However, in his debut with Monaco he showed already his skills, scoring 4 goals and playing 26 games in the French competition. In this second season, he has already scored 6 goals and he called everyone’s attention by his great games in the Champions League.

Real Madrid know that signing Eden Hazard is almost impossible. The Belgian midfielder said recently that he wanted to stay at Chelsea, so Los Blancos need a Plan B. Especially if James Rodríguez or Isco finally leave the club. Monaco are doing a great season, both in Europe and in France, and their young players could be great acquisitions for the future. These players are always expensive but Florentino Pérez should have cash in the summer if he sells either Isco or James.

As we published, Fabio Coentrao will not continue at Real Madrid next season. The Portuguese left back has only played four games this season in all competitions with Los Blancos and the club is already looking for a replacement.

The Spanish newspaper MARCA published on Tuesday that Los Blancos have eyed two young Spanish left backs. Yuri Berchiche and Marc Navarro are the two favourites to replace Coentrao in the squad. Both are young, without many experience, so they meet the requirements of the role Florentino Pérez is looking for.

Real Madrid bosses know that Marcelo is still the owner of the left wing. For this reason, they don’t want to sign any important left back or spend a huge amount of money. The idea is signing a good replacement for Marcelo and a player with future. For this reason, they are looking in the Spanish market and the options are Yuri Berchiche and Marc Navarro.

Yuri Berchiche is currently playing for Real Sociedad. He’s a very offensive left back and, actually, he needs to improve his defensive skills. Marc Navarro is the other player with a lot of future, currently playing for Espanyol. Quique Sánchez Flores, former Watford coach, gave him a lot of confidence and he’s standing out with the Catalan club.

Real Madrid had other options on the table. The first one was Marcos Alonso, but he’s now a very important player for Antonio Conte. Chelsea paid €23M to Fiorentina in the summer transfer window and they won’t sell the player after just one season. This is a shame for Los Blancos because Marcos Alonso was raised in Madrid and he could be the perfect replacement for Coentrao.

The last important option was Ricardo Rodríguez, but the Swiss player is not playing with the same level as he did before with Wolfsburg. Therefore, Los Blancos prefer to find the right player in the Spanish market, with Yuri and Marc Navarro taking the lead in the race.

Antoine Griezmann is one of the best players in the world as he showed last year, helping Atlético de Madrid to qualify for the Champions League final and France to the Euro final. For these achievements, Griezmann was nominated to the Golden Ball and The Best awards this years.

Most of the biggest clubs in Europe are trying to sign Griezmann, but the French striker is very comfortable in Madrid and he’s happy with his club. Especially, the rumours linked the Atlético star with Manchester United, that should be ready to pay around €80M or €90M for the striker.

However, the Atlético star left the door opened to a possible transfer to Real Madrid or FC Barcelona: “Why not? It’s everybody’s dream, being in the biggest clubs like those or Bayern… but right now I don’t see myself neither at Barcelona nor Real Madrid… not even anywhere else. I’m fine in Spain”.

The forward spoke in an interview with the French newspaper L’Equipe and he was asked about a possible transfer to PSG: “I don’t have any intention to leave Atlético, not to Paris, China, United States, Russia or anywhere else”, Griezmann said firmly. So it looks like all the big teams will have to wait until Simeone’s project is over.

Griezmann has also spoken about the most difficult players to play against to: “The Real Madrid pair of full backs: Ramos and Pepe”.

Atlético Madrid striker numbers show that he’s very happy with his team. In his first two seasons with Simeone’s club, Griezmann scored 22 goals in La Liga. This year, so far he’s scored 14 goals. Besides, he has also found the net in crucial games in Europe, like last year’s semifinals against Bayern Munich. Unfortunately for him, he missed a penalty in the Champions League final at San Siro, helping Real Madrid to win the 11th Champions League trophy.

Real Madrid have already decided that David De Gea must be their next goalkeeper. Los Blancos are preparing their first offer for the Spanish keeper signing for the next summer transfer market. Keylor Navas performance in this season is being much lower than last year, and that’s the reason why Real Madrid are thinking in another goalkeeper. They tried a similar operation two years ago with De Gea, but failed due to the lack of time.

David De Gea wants to return to Spain after being several seasons playing for Manchester United. He likes the idea of returning to Madrid, so he would again approve the operation, as he did two years ago. The Spanish goalkeeper is happy playing with Manchester United, but if Real Madrid are interested in him, he would like to return to Spain and play for a team that can win every title.

Real Madrid are preparing their first offer with an amount of €50M, a figure that seems to be insufficient for the Red Devils. For this reason, the team managed by Zinedine Zidane will prepare another offer that would include the exchange of players of James Rodríguez or Isco Alarcón. This second offer would convince to Mourinho because he wants to improve the team and with the Colombian or the Spanish playmaker, Manchester United will have a very complete squad.

De Gea is one of the best keepers in all the entire world and he will be a very good incorporation for Zidane’s side. Nowadays he is playing all the games with the Red Devils, but if Manchester United don’t achieve the fourth position (Champions League position) when the season ends, he will probably leave the English club with the goal of returning to Spain, where he grew as a player at Atlético Madrid.

Real Madrid will start a new battle with an important European team to close Leonardo Bonucci’s signing. Zinedine Zidane wants to sign a full back and he is thinking in one of the best defenders of the world. Bonucci will be a perfect signing because Pepe will leave Madrid at the end of the season and Jesus Vallejo may stay one year more in his experience at Germany, where he is playing really good and he is growing as a player.

Manchester City also want the Italian defender and they are preparing an offer of €57M. Guardiola tried to sing him last year, but Bonucci decided to stay at Juventus. Real Madrid seem to start with certain disadvantage, especially since the Spanish League is not among the predilections of the Italian full back. Bonucci thinks he can play in a higher level in the Premier League because of his physical conditions. The French manager wants to sign him because he thinks he woulda Pepe’s perfect substitute, but his target won’t be easy.

Bonucci arrived to Juventus in the 2010/2011 season. The the Italian side paid for him an amount of €15.5M to Bari. Since his signing with the giant Italian club, Bonucci has been one of the most important players at Juventus and in the Italian national team. He has won with Juventus seven times the Serie A and three times the Italian Cup, being a key player for all the coaches who managed the Italian side. The full back has said several times that he will like to have a new experience in another team, and that’s the reason why several European powerful squads want to sign him. He don’t have a good relationship with the current manager, Massimiliano Allegri, and if the Italian coach continues at Juventus another year more, Bonucci could leave the team when the season ends.

Nowadays, Casemiro is one of the most important players in Real Madrid, but he also is one of the less valued players in Zidane’s side. The Brazilian midfielder is playing really good games and day by day he is becoming more important at Real Madrid. He is the only stopper in the squad, a similar situation Claude Makelélé had in his stage at Madrid, who was a key player in the line up in 2003-2004 season and in the next year Real Madrid decide to sell him to for an amount of €20M.

Claud Makeléle lived a similar situation because he was a very important player in the starting 11 and no one recognized his good work. Los Blancos made the big mistake of selling him and we will see if they do the same with Carlos Henrique Casemiro. The Brazilian stopper has the potential to become one the best midfielders in the world and his great performances in the last two years indicates that he is ready to play for Real Madrid many years in the future.

This season the Brazilian has played almost all the matches (except when he had to be out of the pitch during two months because an injury). Casemiro accumulates 2259 minutes in the 27 games he has played in the current season, an average of 83 minutes per game. In the last game at San Mamés, he played one of his best games in his career where he scored a very important goal that gave Los Blancos the three points. In the next regular season match Zidane cannot count with him because he has five yellow cards that will prevent him from playing against Alavés at Santiago Bernabéu in the next April 2. With the last victory against Athletic, Los Blancos are in the the top of table with two advantage points respect Barcelona and a pending match against Celta de Vigo.

Tottenham Hotspur are very interested in the signing of a Real Madrid player who is not having many minutes in the last games. Mateo Kovacic is not in Zidane’s usual starting 11 and many important European team are very interested in his services. The Croatian midfield wants to play more and according to AS, he could leave in the next summer transfer market.

According to the Spanish newspaper, Tottenham Hotspur will be one of the European teams that will try to sign Kovacic when the season ends. The Premier League can be a good destination for the Croatian midfielder due to his physical and technical qualities, although his departure from Real Madrid will not be easy because Kovacic can be a very important player in Los Blancos future.

One of the reasons why Kovacic could leave Real Madrid is if Tottenham accept an exchange of players. Florentino Pérez would only let the Croatian player leave if the English side accepts an exchange of players with Dele Alli, who is one of the most importante targets Los Blancos have for next season. The English box to box player is being this season one of the best players in the Premier League and he will be welcome at Madrid.

Kovacic was a key player for Real Madrid during Luka Modric’s injury, but Zidane is not giving him enough minutes in the last games. The young Croatian player started from the beginning in 8 eight games during Modric’s injury but nowadays he is one of the substitutes with fewer opportunities. In fact, he has only played 19 minutes of the last 360. Against Betis, Athletic and Napoli he didn’t play any minute despite his great performances when Real Madrid had several injuries. Real Madrid want to sign a full back in the next transfer market and they are thinking in the signing of a Manchester City defender, Otamendi. It looks like Pepe will leave Madrid at the end of the season because his contract finishes the 30th June of 2017. Los Blancos also have doubts with Varane’s continuity, because he is having a lot of physical problems which prevents him to play with continuity.

According to El Confidencial, Jorge Mendes has offered Real Madrid Nicolás Otamendi, a full back who played a really good season in his stage at Valencia, but since his signing with The Citizens, he is not showing the high level he showed at Spain. The Argentinian full back is a very good player who has played at Porto, Atletico Mineiro and Valencia.

He can be a good player for Real Madrid because the team managed by Zinedine Zidane is having certain problems in the current season in the defense. Florentino Pérez tried to sign him before his departure to Manchester, but finally the Argentinian full back preferred to play in the Premier League instead La Liga.

The Citizens paid an amount of €48M to Valencia and his performance since his signing has been very poor and nowadays he is not in the usual Pep Guardiola’s line-up. The Spanish manager don’t counts with Otamendi and he prefers to play with a left back as Kolarov in the full back instead him. Karim Benzema was yesterday one of the best players win the victory against Athletic Bilbao at the difficult stadium of San Mamés. The French striker scored the first goal of the match from a wonderful finish, and in a lot of moments of the game we saw him playing as a playmaker.

It looks like Karim Benzema likes San Mamés because in the last two matches played at Bilbao he has scored three goals,being probably the MVP in both matches. This Saturday he opened the scoreboard, but in addition to the goal, Benzema played one of the most complete matches since his signing to Real Madrid.

In the 25th minute, the French striker opened the scoreboard from a good assist of Cristiano Ronaldo. The ball was bouncing like a rabbit, but Karim Benzema made it easy with a wonderful finish, unstoppable for Kepa.

He completed a very good game and in several times we saw him playing as a playmaker instead of a striker. He helped the midfield when Los Blancos needed the possession of the ball and we saw him very intensive. He participated in all attack plays, being probably the most important player on the pitch.

This is not his first good match in all the month. He played really good in the first leg of Champions League against Napoli, where he tied the game after the first goal of Insigne. Another Benzema’s great performance was at Eibar. Real Madrid travelled to the Basque Country with Cristiano and Bale absences, and the French striker was the reference in the attack scoring two goals.

It looks like Athletic Bilbao are one of his favorite victims. He has scored 8 goals in 15 games, three of the last four in the New San Mamés. With yesterday’s goal he has reached the number of goals of Real Madrid’s legend as Amancio Amaro. Now the French striker is the ninth top scorer of Los Blancos history with 119. It seems Benzema is improving with the pass of the matches and these are very good news for Real Madrid.

Zinedine Zidane spoke at press conference after the victory Real Madris achieved in the 29th week of the regular season at San Mamés against Athletic Club. Los Blancos played a very complete match against a team that is very strong when they play in their stadium. The French manager talked about today’s rival, Cristiano’s substitution, Benzema’s performance and Keylor Navas.

Zidane started the press conference talking about today’s rival and Iñaki Williams, who was a nightmare for Marcelo.:”We know that Athletic are a very good team that fight until the end. Keylor Navas played a really good game today and Zidane spoke about his keeper:” There is no debate for me. He is a very good keeper for us. Today he played really a good game and he made important saves”, Zidane defended Keylor Navas.

Cristiano didn’t finish the match because Zidane decided to substitute him in the last 15 minutes and he explained why he replaced him “: We tried to have more balance with Isco in the midfield and we changed to 4-4-2. Cristiano can be replace just like anyone else. He finished the match very happy because of the victory we achieved”, Zidane said about the substitution of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Benzema was the MVP of the match and the French manager didn’t want to highlight anyone:” Karim played a very complete game. He played almost in the midfield as a playmaker, but I don’t want to highlight anyone. I think all the players did a good job”, the French manager said.
