Gerard Piqué always talk about Real Madrid in his press conference. This time there is no exception. The Blaugrana captain said that “Barcelona are keeping winning titles whereas Real Madrid can keep with their fantasies”.

He was asked about the first page in Diario As informing that since Zidane’s arrival, Real Madrid was the team with more points in La Liga.

Piqué’s words had a reply in the Real Madrid squad. The team is already training for the Champions League final and Nacho wanted to say something to Piqué: “He loves to talk, but I prefer not get into that, the best response is to win the Champions League” he commented.

The defender is already focused on winning the Champions League and he wanted to remind Piqué that Los Blancos could still win a major title this year: “I do not understand why he said that when we have the final on May 28.”

Don Balón has pointed out Miguel Layún as a new target for Real Madrid. The Porto defender has played a really good season despite the poor performance of the Portuguese team this year.

He played 27 games in the Portuguese league scoring 5 goals. The 27 year-old Mexican arrived to Porto last summer from Watford where he got promoted to the Premier League.

Apart from Miguel Layún, Real Madrid have been linked to Wendell (Bayer Leverkusen) or Ricardo Rodríguez (Wolfsburg). The left back position has to be covered because only Marcelo will stay in the squad next season.

Arbeloa has already made public his exit and Coentrao, even if he has to come back from the Monaco loan, will leave the club in summer.

Paulo Dybala is a target for Real Madrid. Los Blancos want a new striker to reinforce the forward line and the Argentinian is one of the best player in the market. However, he’ll be very hard to convince as he looks very happy at Torino.

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport informs that Dybala has already rejected a Real Madrid bid: “Marotta doesn’t want to sell me and I want to stay”, says the striker.

Reporters say that Real Madrid has offered 70 to 80 M € for the forward. He arrived last summer to Juventus from Palermo for 40M € but he has deserved all the credit in the last 10 months.

The first season with Juventus couldn’t be better. Dybala scored 19 goals in Serie A helping the team to win the fifth straight Scudetto.

Lucas Vázquez was the biggest surprise in Vicente del Bosque’s squad for the Euro 2016. The Real Madrid youngster hasn’t played yet for the national team but has the opportunity to play the next Euro 2016.

The Galicain born player was training with Real Madrid preparing the Champions League final when he received the big news. He’s now fully recovered from a knee sprained. He couldn’t play in the final game of La Liga at Riazor but he should be ready for the Milan final, on the 28th of May.

Lucas Vázquez has played a key role in the season for Real Madrid, despite not being in the starting lineup in a lot of games. He has always done a good job coming from the bench. Now he has been rewarded with Del Bosque’s call and it’s in his hands being in the Euro 2016.

Apart from Vázquez, Sergio Ramos, Daniel Carvajal and Isco will be on the Spanish squad.

Real Madrid’s squad are back to the training to prepare the Champions League final on the 28th of May. Everybody looks fit ahead of the biggest game of the year.

The players are optimistic to face the neighbors of Atlético de Madrid in Milan. Isco Alarcón said that “we’ll beat Atlético in the final 2-0·.

However, the Malaga born player knows it will be a very tough opponent: “The match against Atletico is going to be a proper battle”. “They’re a tough team and they know how to judge a match so we’ll have to make as few errors as possible”, he said in the Hugo Boss presentation.

Isco recognises that the squad is in a really good tendency, having won the last 12 games in La Liga: “The team’s ready to go, there’s a great dynamic here and we want to give something back to our fans who have supported us during the difficult moments”.

He gives the credit of the good results to the coach, Zinedine Zidane: “There’s not too much to say about Zidane because the results speak for themselves – 12 consecutive league victories and a Champions League final – he’s really improved morale at the club,” he admitted.

For this reason, Florentino Pérez doesn’t want to sell Rodríguez for less than €80 M. According to the Daily Star, Manchester United has already prepared an offer for €76 M, that should be rejected by Real Madrid.

James Rodríguez played 26 games in La Liga this season and only 17 in the starting lineup. The 24 year-old scored 7 goals in those games. These are really poor numbers for a star.
