Mbappé has decided that his future will be away form Mónaco. The French striker has transmitted to his club the he wants to leave team in the current transfer market because he wants to grow as a player in a top side. Mbappé thinks that Monaco have lost a lot of potential respect last season, with the departures of key players as Mendy, Bernardo Silva and Bakayoko.

Monaco lost the French Super Cup a week ago against PSG, proving that they don’t have the same potential as last year, when they won the Ligue 1, being one of the best teams of Europe. Fearful that this situation could be even worse, and the interest of huge teams of Europe, the French striker has decided that it’s the moment to leave the team where he has triumph in his first year as a profesional.

According to L’Equipe, he will not renew the contract with Monaco and he will leave the French side with the aim of searching new challenges in top team. Mbappe’s intention is to change of team and he will do everything possible to sign with another squad in the remanning 28 days of the transfer market.

Now the big doubt is, which team can sign him?. Real Madrid reached to a principle agreement with Mbappé for an amount of €160M and €20M in variables. It looks like his next adventure will be at Madrid, because PSG are pending Neymar and Manchester City doesn’t have space in their team after doing many signings this year. The only team who can also sing Mbappé is Barcelona, if finally they sell Neymar to the Parisian team, because they will have a lot of money to spend, and they need a new player to complete the attack trident.

However, Real Madrid haven’t yet done a big signing this transfer market, and after the departure of Morata and Danilo, Los Blancos have more than €100M to spend. In fact, after seeing the performance of Benzema and Bale in the preseason, the team managed by Zidane needs to sign a player in the attack with the aim of improving even more the squad.

Zidane spoke after their last match of the preseason against MLS Allstar. The French manager seemed very upset with the performance of his team in the United Stated tour, where the didn’t win any game in the first 90 minutes, of the four friendly matches they played.

Real Madrid’s coach started the press conference talking about the bad results of the team in the preseason: “It’s not an ideal situation. If you don’t win any of the four games, something happens. We must do more things if we want to win games. Now we must rest at Madrid and think on August 8″, Zidane affirmed.

In the match against MLS Allstar we saw many new faces in the line up, respect las matches: “I wanted to give everyone a few minutes, some of them had played a lot, but we new that some players will not have minutes in the next clash”, Zidane said.

Mayoral scored the goal for Los Blancos and the French manager wanted to highlight his performance: “I’m happy with Borja. He is a Real Madrid supporter and he proves it every game he plays. I don’t know if he is going to go on loan, I only can affirm that he is currently with us and that we are very happy with him”, the French manager said about Mayoral.

Bale and Benzema haven’t scored any goal in the preseason and the journalist didn’t doubt about asking Zidane what he thinks of their performance:” We can not change it, that’s the way it is, it’s a coincidence. We have to think about what’s coming now because our official season starts in four days.” Zidane said.

Many Real Madrid supporters missed Cristiano Ronaldo because it seems that without the Portuguese, Real Madrid have many problems to score goals. The medias asked the French manager if they also missed Cristiano at USA:” No, he had to rest because after a long year, he must disconnect of football. Real Madrid won their last game of the tour at USA against the MLS Allstar in the penalty shootout. Los Blancos showed several doubts in the preseason, being this match the only victory of the four the have played so far.

Zidane decided to introduce unusual players in the line-up, with Sergio Ramos and Kroos, who couldn’t play against Barcelona in Miami. The MLS Allstar showed many defensive problems but a lot of danger in the attack with players as Villa, Dos Santos and Kaká. 

Los Blancos started the game with better sensations than the last ones, being the team who had the ball possession and the control of the game. In the 8th minute Real Madrid received the bad news of the injury of the youngster Garza, who had to left the pitch because of an injury in his arm. The team managed by Zidane had many chances to open the scored board with opportunities of Isco, Lucas and Asensio but Howard prevented them with really good saves. We can highlight the first half of Marcos Llorente, who was the stopper of the team and showed his ability stealing the ball.

However, the MLS Allstar also had clear chances in the fist half and the clearest one came form Villa. The Spanish striker had a great opportunity but Keylor Navas stopped it with a wonderful save. The Costa Rican keeper is proving that he is a great moment, being probably the best player in the preseason. The goal was the pending subject of Los Blancos. In fact, Ramos tried to help the forwards joining the attack frequently.

In the second half, MLS Allstar changed all their team, while Zidane only changed Vallejo, Ceballos and Yañez replacing Ramos, Kroos and Keylor Navas. The match didn’t change too much in the second half, and it looked like the goal was going to arrive soon. Vallejo was like a wall in the defense, while Ceballos was being the player who guided the midfield. In the 59 th minute Real Madrid finally scored their first goal. Ceballos assisted Mayoral with a fantasy pass, and the Spaniard striker opened the scored board with a good finish.

A few minutes after, Zidane did a lot of substitutions, giving minutes to usual players, where we can highlight the good second half of Gareth Bale. The Welshman almost scored his first goal in the preseason but it finished in the te bar. Luca, Zidane’s son, also had his first minutes between Real Madrid sticks, being a key player in the final result of the game.

In the final stretch, Real Madrid lowered the intensity and pressure. In fact, in the minute 87th minute, the team managed by Paunovic drew the game in a corner with a goal of Dwyer. Zidane seemed very angry with this goal because they lost the chance to win their first match of the season.

Luca was the keeper and in the penalty shootout and he became the hero of the match, stopping the first penalty of the shootout to Domic Dwyer, who scored the goal of the tie for the USA side. Giovani Dos Santos also failed his penalty, while Real Madrid scored all of them (Benzema, Gareth Bale, Mateo Kovacic and Marcelo).

Now, the team managed by Zidane must prepare the official game against Manchester United in the European Super Cup Final. Los Blancos must improve a lot their performance because if they play this way, they will have a lot of problems to win the first title of the year.

After the departure of Morata to Chelsea, Los Blancos need to sign another attacker with the aim of giving rest in certain game to Benzema, Bale and Cristiano. Real Madrid thought that Mbappé would be a perfect replace in the attack, but after knowing his high price and that he will have one of the most highest salaries in the squad, a circumstance that could create a few problems in the team, Florentino Pérez is searching for other players who can be qualified to play at Real Madrid. Ousmane Dembélé is the chosen one, being a player who pleases Zinedine Zidane because he is not so expensive and he is a winger with a lot of technique and speed who can grow with the pass of the years.

Barcelona also want to sign the Dembélé, because with the possible department of Neymar to PSG, the team managed by Valverde needs an attacker with the aim of replacing the Brazilian. It seems that we are going to see a new fight int he signing of  a player between these two giants of the European football.

Mbappé is a very good player but he is still too young to pay that amount of money and he doesn’t have much experience in his short career. However, despite Dembéle is cheaper than Mbappé (€80M), Real Madrid have several obstacles to overcome. First of all, Barcelona are really interested in him because he can be the perfect substitution of Neymar, and the other reason is that Borussia Dortmund will not let him easily sell him because he is currently a very important player in the team and he has a contract that expires in 2021.

Now Real Madrid must take a difficult decision in his next signing, because both players are very young and they have a great future ahead. Dembéle is only 20 years old but in his first year at Borussia Dortmund he played 32 games in the Bundesliga where he scored 6 goals, 6 in the German Cup with two goals, and 10 in Champions League adding two goals, against Monaco an Legia Warsaw.  Which player do you prefer?

Real Madrid will play their last game of the USA tour against the MLS Allstar, a team with the best Real Madrid players of the MLS. In this team we can find well known players such as Villa, Dos Santos, Howard, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Kaká, who will face Real Madrid for fist time in his career.

The Brazilian play maker is currently playing in Orlando and it looks like, the former Real Madrid player will finish his career at United States. The Brazilian player also spoke about the great performance of Real Madrid in last season with Zidane as a manager: “Real Madrid have done an amazing season, where they won La Liga, and the Champions League. It’s Zidane second year at Madrid and he has won a lot of titles. I just have to congratulate them for the work they have done so far”,  Kaká congratulated all Real Madrid’s stuff.

Kaká still has many friends playing currently at Real Madrid and he will face them in the next match: “It’s something special, this will be the first time I’m going to face Real Madrid and it’s very nice. I had the opportunity to talk with some Real Madrid players and I have a lot of friends there. It has already been a very special day and tomorrow will be also because I will share the field with them”, Kaká said about the first time he will face Real Madrid.

It seems that Lucas Vázquez will not have many minutes this season, and many teams are interested in his services. Real Madrid will play their last friendly match of the preseason against the MLS Allstars. Cristiano Ronaldo had to testify in front of the judge after a prosecutor report accusing him the intention of evading taxes. The Portuguese player declined to make a statement and distributed a press release instead, affirming that he is innocent and that he didn’t evade taxes.

In the statement the Portuguese star highlights:” The Spanish Tax Office knows in detail my income, be we gave them all the necessary information. I have never hidden anything nor I tried to evade taxes. I’ve never evaded taxes. I always do my tax return because I think we all have to declare and pay taxes according to your income. Those who know me know that I asked to my advisers to have everything correctly paid because I do not want problems “, Cristiano Ronaldo affirmed.

He also added: “When I signed with Real Madrid I kept the same image rights as when I played in England. The lawyers that Manchester United recommended me created this structure in 2004, a long time before I took the decision to come to Spain. It was verified by the English Tax office who affirmed that it was legal and legitime”, the Portuguese player said.

The player explains the structure who manages his image rights are the same in the period 2010-2014- in which the prosecution acuses Cristiano because of the creation of a corporate structure with the aim of defrauding €14.7M in a voluntary way, than in the period 2014-2009. According to Cristiano, between both periodos there are only two differences:” An entity was suppressed and this doesn’t matter because I was not residing in Spain and that I earned all of the image rights while I was at Real Madrid with the aim of paying the Spanish taxes”, he affirmed.

The press release concludes:” It’s time to let the justice work, I believe and hope that there is a fair decision. In order to avoid unnecessary pressure I have decided that I will not make any further statements about this topic until there is a final decision“, Cristiano Ronaldo said.
