Zinedine Zidane spoke in press conference before facing Leganés in La Liga on Wednesday. Although they’re struggling to stay in La Liga, the manager doesn’t trust them: “It’s an important game like the others. We are always thinking that the next game is the more important. I don’t know if it’s a trap. There is no easy game and we know it’s a complicated stadium and against a rival that is doing well”, Zidane analyzed.

The manager was asked about Theo Hernández, who will be the first signing for the new season, according to the media: “He’s a good player, there is no doubt. I cannot tell you anything else”.

The journalists also asked the manager if he wanted James Rodríguez to stay at the club: “Yes”, the French coach answer, Obviously, Isco name’s was also mentioned: “Isco is doing great ,he’s very happy. You know what I think and he’s an important player”.

Cristiano couldn’t score against Alavés, but Zidane thinks he’s going to end the season very well: “I think he’s going to arrive better than ever. Well, he also ended other years very well, but he’s physically well and I hope he’s going to end the season very well”.

Keylor Navas or Kiko Casilla is the debate at Real Madrid, but the Costa Rican has some advantage: “He’s the goalkeeper number one at Real Madrid, and if I don’t put him is not because I have some doubts. If a give Kiko an opportunity is because he’s doing well when he plays”.

Raphael Varane is now injured so Zinedine Zidane could choose Pepe to replace him: “His role is the same. He’s very well, an important player, a leader, a captain and we’re going to use him because he’s doing well”, Zidane said.

Finally, Zidane spoke about Gareth Bale, who is not showing a great level lately: “I see him well, happy, like everybody. We’re in the last moment of the season and we’re going to see how everything ends. Except Rapha [Varane[, we’re all fine”.
