Zinedine Zidane spoke in press conference before travelling to the Basque Country to face Eibar, a young team who is impressing in Spain with their good results and good way of playing. The manager expects a tough game and he doesn’t want to speak about crisis after the bad results obtained recently. “The word ‘crisis’ doesn’t exist to me. Every three days we have the possibility to improve”, Zidane said in press conference.

According to the manager there are negative vibrations around Real Madrid: “Yes, there are a lot, but when we don’t do the appropriate game, this always happens in this club. We want to stay positive and we are thinking what to do to improve things. Are there negative vibrations? It always happen and we know it”.

On Saturday, Real Madrid have to travel to Ipurúa a very tough rival: “We expect to do a great game, 90 good minutes but we know again the difficulty of the pitch, but it happens everywhere”.

Zidane spoke with the squad before the training at Valdebebas: “We always talk. Today we spoke a bit and watch some videos. What we say stays in the dressing room”.

The French coach talked about the speech given by Marcelo after the draw against Las Palmas, when the left back said that a lot of things need to be changed: “I know you are worried about Real Madrid dressing room and it’s normal but we are going to keep going with what we’re doing. We are not happy and we can do better, but we’re convinced of what we’re doing”.

The manager explained that Cristiano Ronaldo has some physical problems so might rest against Eibar. Morata and Bale won’t be available either. So, again, Zidane has to rotate the team: “I have 24 players and everybody is important, this won’t change. But sometimes I have to take decisions. Ones stay out, others on the bench… this won’t change if I’m here”, Zidane finished.
