Zinedine Zidane spoke in press conference about the next game against Levante after the international break, a dangerous fixture before starting the Champions League on Wednesday against APOEL.

Spain is living strange days, because Cataluña has started a process of independance. If this is successfull, FC Barcelona will be part of another country, so they won’t play La Liga. Zidane gave his opinion: “I don’t see La Liga without Barcelona. As football fan, I always watch this league. But it’s a complicated debate what is going to happen or not”.

Zidane is quite happy after the international break, although we don’t know yet if he’s going to make many changes: “The best news is that we didn’t have many injury concerns, apart from Dani Ceballos. The others are ready and these are the best news for a coach”.

The manager also spoke very well about his players, now that the transfer market is closed: “The new squad can always improve the old one. We can always improve. Besides, this is even younger and it has a lot of future and the president said the same”.

The French coach didn’t say if Asensio, Isco or Bale will play against Levante, but he has many choices: “They have always been important to me [Isco and Asensio]. Both and all the other players. The formation and the players are going to change always and the main thing is that they feel important”.

He also spoke about the good moment of Asensio and his great performances: “I’m not surprised. What he gives to the team is great but we should leave him in peace and quite. He can still improve a lot, but with humble and quite. It’s important that he feels this way and has a cold mind”.

Finally, he commented Bale’s situation: “No player is happy when he’s booed, but I see him well. Not that bad like people said. He’s going to do play well this year”, Zidane finished.
