Real Madrid will face against Eibar their seventh match in the regular season in the Santiago Bernabéu (Sunday 16:15). Zidane received very bad news from the doctors. One of his key players will be injured one month approximately, Luka Modric.

Luka Modric will be out of the fields the next three or four weeks because he has an injury in his left knee. In the best moment of the Croatian midfielder, an injury forces him to stop a period of one month. Luka Modric is one of the most important players in all the squad. The Croatian midfielder is the “lighthouse” of Real Madrid. Without him Real Madrid can suffer a bit more because he is an example of how you must play in the midfield.

Real Madrid will play their seventh match of La Liga against Eibar in the Santiago Bernabéu (Sunday 16:15). After the three draws against Las Palmas, Villarreal and Borussia Dortmund, Los Blancos need a victory. Zinedine Zidane spoke in the press conference about the the three consecutive draws, the level of Cristiano and Kroos, the critics he received and the situation of Isco.

The journalist didn’t doubt asking the French coach about the draws Real Madrid had “two of the three draws we had, we received two goals in the last minutes and that’s unusual for us. Now the only thing we must do is win the next match against Eibar. We have to be in the the maximum level from the beginning until the end in the matches.” Zidane explained about the last draws.

Zidane also highlighted the level of Cristiano Ronaldo in this season “ I’m happy with Crisitano Ronaldo. Every day he is improving and he only need to play more and more as everyone in the squad.” Zidane explained about the performance of Cristiano in the last matches.

Real Madrid will play on Sunday against Eibar in the Santiago Bernabéu. After the match of La Liga, the regular seasons will stop because it´s the moment for the national teams. Many players of our squad are in the list of Julen Lopetegui to play two official games against Italy and Albania.

The two games of the national teams are for the qualifying to the World Cup that will be in Russia 2018. Six players of Real Madrid will play in the national team of Spain. Sergio Ramos, Carvajal, Lucas Vázquez, Morata, Isco and Nacho are the players of Real Madrid that will face Albania and Italy.

Ramos is the captain of the national team and key player for the coach. The Spaniard defender will play his 138 game with his national team. Carvajal will fight for the right back position with Sergi Roberto. Our right back couldn’t play the last Euro Cup on France because he had an injury. Nacho is also in the list because he can play in many positions of the deffense, his versatility helps a lot because the managers need these type of players in their squads.

Despite Isco is not having too many minutes in Real Madrid this season, the Basque manager believes in him and he included him in the list for the two games. Morata will be the striker with Diego Costa. Lopetegui must choose between the player of Real Madrid or the stroker form Chelsea.

Real Madrid will play the next 18th of November their third match in the Champions League against KP Legia Warsaw in Santiago Bernabéu. Los Blancos will try to win after the draw in the second game against Borussia Dortmund in the Signal Iduna Park. It´s the easiest match Los Blancos will play in the group stage because they will play at home and against the weakest team of the group.

After that game, Los Blancos have to visit Warsaw and the match will be played behind closed doors. UEFA have considered that this match, the fourth day of the group stage on November 2, will be played without supporters, although the decision can be appealed by the Polish club.

UEFA have sanction Legia Warsaw because in the first match of the group stage against Borussia Dortmund the Polish supporters didn’t have a good behaviour inside the stadium. The organization said that there was launching of flares and objecst inside the stadium, racist behaviours, very poor organization and file blocking stairs.

KP Legia Warsaw didn’t win any of their games in the Champions League. They lost 0-6 against Borussia Dortmund in the match they were sanctioned. The second game against Sporting Lisbon they also lost 2-0. If they want to have any chance to qualify for the next round or for reaching the third position, that qualifies for the European League, they must start winning games.

With this sanction, KP Legia Warsaw are the most affected because now they must face Real Madrid in an empty stadium. This situation is quite strange for the players that play at home because they don´t hear any noise of the supporters. These behaviors are punished always in the Champions League because is the competition that more supporters watch in the TV and they want to prohibit it at all costs.

After the three consecutive draws against Villarreal, Las Palmas and Borussia Dortmund now it´s the moment to think what is happening in Real Madrid. Los Blancos started very good equalizing the record that Guardiola had with 16 wins in a row in La Liga but now it looks the streak has stopped.

The major problem that Zinedine Zidane has is the injury of his midfielder Casemiro. Los Blancos have not won since the injury of Casemiro against Espanyol. Zinedine Zidane is trying to find a solution to this problem but he still didn´t find it. The French manager has tested different players in the position Casemiro usually plays, but anybody is giving the balance he gives. Kroos is a player that likes to incorporate to the attack and he doesn´t feel very confortable in that position. The best years of the German was playing betweeen the stopper and the forwards. Zinedine Zidane also tried to replace Casemiro with Kovacic, but the Croatian midfielder is a player that likes to move around all the pitch, and in that position you don´t have the freedom of movements.

As we published a few weeks ago, the Brazilian midfielder is a very important player in the squad because he is the only stopper Real Madrid have. It´s really strange that Real Madrid didn´t sign any player of Casemiro’s characteristics. Ancelotti had the same players Zinedine Zidane has now. The Italian manager tried 2 years ago on a match against Juventus with Sergio Ramos but the results were not very positive.

Since Xabi Alonso left Madrid to sign with Bayern, Los Blancos didn´t sign a player that gives the balance to the team. Rafa Benitez decided that he needed a player of that characteristics and he decided that Casemiro should be part of the first squad, after the loan in Porto.

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport has published the 40 players nominated to win the Golden Boy, considered like the Ballon D’Or under 21. Among the players we can see one Real Madrid footballer: Marco Asensio.

The amazing last season Marco Asensio did with Espanyol and the superb start of the current season made the newspaper to nominate the Real Madrid player. Asensio finally stayed in Los Blancos squad after a great pre-season tour around the United States.

Zidane trusted him at the beginning of the season, and Asensio scored a very important goal in the European Supercup and in the first game of la Liga against Real Sociedad. However, the player is losing his place in the pitch and, for instance, he wasn’t even on the bench in the clash against Borussia Dortmund in Champions League. In the last game in La Liga, Asensio scored the opening goal at Las Palmas.

This good start in La Liga and Real Madrid called the attention of Julen Lopetegui, the new Spanish coach and Marco Asensio made his debut with the national team. It’s been a really special year so far for Asensio and could be even better if he is able to win the award.

The Golden Boy is a really prestigious award. You only need to have a look at the winner list to realize the importance of the trophy. Players like Wayne Rooney (2004), Leo Messi (2005), Agüero (2007), Balotelli (2010), Gotze (2011), Isco (2012), Pogba (2013) or Sterling (2014) won the trophy. Mesut Özil five years deal with Arsenal ends in 2018 and the gunners are trying already to renew the contract. However, the negotiations are still far from being close to an agreement because the German player is still dreaming with playing again at Real Madrid.

According to the German newspaper Sport Bild, both parties are already talking about an extension of the contract but there are many issues until they could reach an agreement. Besides, as we previously informed, Mesut Özil would like to play again for Real Madrid and fight for winning big titles like the Champions League.

However, there are also other issues. For example, Özil wants more money. He’s currently earning 160.000€ per week, around €8.3M per year but he pretends to earn up to 230.000€ per week or almost €12M per year. Arsenal salary limit is 200.000€. It will be a big raise for the German playmaker.

The second issue is much easier. Özil would like to have the number 10 t-shirt, property of Wilshere until now. The English midfielder is now gone and he’s playing for Bournemouth, so Özil can get his number 10.

And the third issue, according to the German press, as it’s published in As, is Real Madrid. Los Blancos can get a ban from FIFA, so they might not be able to sign any player in the next two transfer windows. Even if Los Blancos can sign a player, Özil is not necessary right now in a squad full of playmakers. However, the German player still wants to wait for Real Madrid and see if there is any option of returning to Madrid.

Taking in consideration that Cristiano Ronaldo played both for Manchester United and Real Madrid, it’s normal that the two giants look to Portugal to find new young players and stars. This time they’ve put the eye in the same player. His name is Gelson Martins and he was the best Sporting Lisbon footballer when the Portuguese side played at Bernabéu.

According to the Portuguese newspaper Récord, Real Madrid and Manchester United are already fighting for Gelson Martins and both clubs would like to sign the winger as soon as possible. Sporting Lisbon are very happy with this bid because the footballer’s price would raise a lot.

The young winger has a price of €60M, quite high for a player who is only 21 years old. Gelson Martins has played six games this season in Primeira Liga, scoring two goals. This is only his second season in a top-flight club because he was playing for the youngster teams in Sporting Lisbon. Real Madrid already spotted this talent when he hasn’t played in the first division, but Sporting refused then to negotiate for him.

Gelson Martins has signed a contract with Sporting Lisbon until 2021, so he is linked to the Portuguese side this season and four more. If he signs another extension of his contract, the €60M clause could raise up to €80M. Sporting want to make a big business from him, as they did with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Only a few months later, Sporting Lisbon travelled to Madrid in the first game of the group stage in the Champions League. Gelson Martins surprised everybody and he was the best player in the pitch. Marcelo couldn’t stop him and the winger created a lot of problems. Real Madrid have not forgotten him and will try to sign him, if FIFA ban and Manchester United allow them to do it.
