Nacho is one of those players you want to have in the team. He knows he won´t play too much but every time he plays he show the professionalism of a football player and the enthusiasm of a guy that feels the white colors of the shirt his wears. His behavior and his desire to succeed in Real Madrid made possible this 15 years in the squad.

Every time there´s an injury in the defense, Nacho could replace him. The versatility Nacho has in the defense is incredible. The Spaniard youngster can play in any position of the defense, and every time he has that opportunuty he does a good job. It´s a good example of a player that even though he does´nt play too much every Real Madrid supporter that adores.

This summer there was many rumor of Nacho leaving the squad. Some Italian team wanted Nacho. Everybody thought Nacho was going to leave real Madrid because he did´nt had many minutes but finally Zidane and him came to the conclusion of continue in the team he loves. The French manager wants him in his team and it has been demonstrated that they believe in him.

Nacho had play almost 50 games in league with Real Madrid in first division and almost 15 games in Champions League. He won 2 Champions League, 2 UEFA Super Copa and 1 Copa del Rey. Nacho has a curriculum that every player would like to have. We hope Nacho stays here many years more.

Borja Mayoral is one of the players of Zinedine Zidane that is on loan out of Real Madrid. The Spaniard youngster is now playing in Wolfsburg for the rest of the season. The youngster striker was the substitute of Karim Benzema last year. With the return of Morata, Mayoral had to find a team where he would have more minutes. Real Maadrid thought that the best leauge he could go is the German league. He explained how are his first feelings in the Wolfsburg.

Talking about the adaptation in a new country and new cultures Mayoral said “I am happy to live a new stage and a new experience. It is a bit difficult because it is a different football and I had never left home. My first days here are being hard but with the pass of the time I would feel better”

The journalists also aked him about the new league and the new team. “I think that Germany is a good league. The Bundesleague is ideal for having minutes, add experience and grow as a player. “ Mayoral explained.

Mayoral also explains what he is missing in Spain “The most thing I miss is my environment. I had never left my home, I´ve been always with my parents and my brother and now is different but my brother is living with me now and is all the more enjoyable.”

Wolfsburg has signed this summer a very good striker. The Veteran player Mario Gomez returned to the German League after a few years in Italy and Turkey. Mayoral explains how he can learn of such a good striker as Mario Gomez is “ I’ve been two weeks and I’m very happy with him. It is a great person and also speaks Spanish. I will learn from it. It is a mythical from Germany and football.”

We hope Borja Mayoral learn a lot in Germany and grow as player for a soon return to Real Madrid.

Tony Kroos will be the next Real Madrid player to renew his contract. The German midfielder is one the key players for Zinedine Zidane. Real Madrid want to ensure the continuity and they started the negotiation with Toni Kroos.

With all the rumors that appeared this summer insinuating Kroos would leave Madrid and sign with Pepe Guardiola in Manchester City, Toni Kroos decided continue in the capital of Spain. According to Marca, Real Madrid want to renew him for 2 or 3 season more. The contract of Kroos finishes in 2020 and Florentino Perez wants to improve his contract to end rumors and ensure that Kroos to stay here.

Tony Krooos will be the fourth highest paid in the squad behind Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos. Zinedine Zidane assures that Modric and Kroos should be the future midfielders in Real Madrid.

This season will be the third season of the the German midfielder. With the arrive of Zinedine Zidane Kroos plays in a position more suited to their characteristics. Now he don´t have to think in only in defend and he can incorporate to the attack taking advantage of his great shot on target and the facility to make really good passes. With Casemiro, Kroos and Modric has more freedom of movement. The Brazilian midfielder helps the other players to be better and feel more comfortable.

Kroos wants to win one of the few titles he did´nt won with Real Madrid, the Spanish League. After the great season he played last year being in the line up 32 games in league and 12 games of Champions League, the German midfielder wants to win the regular competition.

We have noticed Tony Kroos wants to stay in Real Madrid because he rejected many offers this summer that they offered him a lot of money. Kroos is happy in Madrid and Real Madrid wants to keep him for a long time.

Real Madrid has played the first part of the season without his both Portuguese. Since they won the European Cup in France this summer, Pepe and Cristiano did´nt played any minute and Zinedine Zidane had to find who were going to be the perfect replaces for these two important players.

Pepe did´nt play since the injury he had at the European Cup. This injury prevented from playing the final against France. When the tournament finished Pepe was named in the best starting 11. The Portguese defender was the leader of the deffense and we hope he recovers the best way possible.

Rafael Varane has been the defense that recovered Pepe. The young French defender has played very good matches in the beginning of the season. With him in the field Los Blancos have only conceded one goal in two games. It´s true Varane is not at the level of the seasons he played with Mourinho but he is very young and he can improve with the time.

Cristiano could return to the line up this week end against Osasuna in the Santiago Bernabéu. He played a great European Cup but Dimitri Payet injured him in his knee in the final. So far we have only seen Cristiano lifting trophies; the Euopean Cup, the best European player, and being in the best line up of the tournament.

With the injury of Cristinano, Zidane believed in Asensio. The young Spaniard midfielder started the year the best way possible. On the bench he had more established players such as James or Isco but the French manager gave the oppportunity to Asensio.

Real Madrid started the season with a lot of injuries but we can be calm because we have a very complete team as we have seen this last matches. Now we just have to wait the return of Pepe, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Keylor Navas.

As usual, the nationa team games are dangerous because of possible injuries. The friendly match between Spain and Belgium scared all Real Madrid supporters because in the minute 24 Morata was substituted by Diego Costa because of a possible injury in his thigh.

Real Madrid alarm switched on when they saw the youngster player of Real Madrid leaving the field in the fist part. Everybody thought that it could be a serious injury but finally the doctor confirmed that they did the change for caution. Álvaro Morata will not play the next match with his national team against Liechtestein because his has been training by his own. This match is an official match is for the classification of the World Cup in Rusia next Monday in León. Spain group is formed by Albania, Italy, Israel Macedonia and Liechestein. Only the first team of each group will get direct classification to play the World Cup.

Morata has been playing at a high level in the first part of the season. The Spaniard youngster has scored one goal in the Spanish League against Celta de Vigo. He returned to Real Madrid with the idea of convincing Zinedine Zidane and it seems he is achieving his challenge. After playing a great European Cup Morata scoring 4 goals, the Spanish striker it seems he matured as a player and want to stay in Real Madrid many years.

Next weekend Real Madrid will play his third game in the season against Osasuna in the Santiago Beranbéu. With the recover of Karim Benzema and the pains of Morata, Zidane should choose who will be his striker for that match. The French striker has started to train with his partners and his reappearance seems that is about to arrive. Also Cristiano, Pepe and Keylor could reappear in the game against Osasuna.

Keylor Navas was one of the key players from last season. The the Costa Rican goalkeeper had a calmer summer than the one he had last year. Maybe we can see his return next week against Osasuna in the Santiago Bernabéu. Last summer Keylor had a foot in the Premier Leaugue exactly in Manchester United, and Real Madrid was intereseted in the Spanish goalkeeper, David de Gea. Finally the operation was not carried out and de Gea stayed in Manchester. There was no option so Keylor Navas didn´t go to Manchester and stayed in Real Madrid. With the departure of Iker Casillas, Keylor was the keeper that started the season.

Nobody expected that Keylor was going to be the best player of the squad the first part of the last season. With his saves he could mantain Real Madrid in the top of the table. There was a lot of problems in the defense but Keylor Navas appeared to save Los Blancos from several defeats.

Last year he played his better season as a professional. When the Champions League finished he made a medical test and the doctors diagnosed that he had injury in his left foot. This injury did´nt allow Keylor play the American Cup with Costa Rica being the star of the squad.

He has spent all the summer recovering his injury and it´s possible to see Keylor soon in the field. Now Kiko Casilla is the goalkkeper of Real Madrid but many supporters thinks that when Keylor recovers from the injury he will be the keeper of the starting 11. Keylor played last year 34 matches in league and 11 in Champions League.

Kiko Casilla is playing very well but everyone remembers how important Keylor was for Real Madrid. The Spaniard keeper is replacing very good Keylor but he has not reached the level of the Costa Rican last year.

We´re exicted to see Keylor Navas again in the Santiago Bernabéu. We hope Kiko Casilla plays more matches than last year because Real Madrid was eliminated of La Copa del Rey on the first round against Cádiz because of an improper lineup.

Lucas Silva is living a nightmare. The Brazilian footballer is still away from the football grounds and he can’t train due to a heart condition the doctors spotted this summer. Two months after, Lucas Silva doesn’t know if he can play football again.

Real Madrid and Sporting Portugal agreed a deal to given on loan Lucas Silva with a buy option for the next year. The agreement was totally done and Lucas Silva travelled to Lisbon for the medical tests and the unveiling press conference. However, the doctors spotted a strange problem in the heart and after few more tests, the doctors advised against the signing of the Brazilian player.

In these two months, there have been a big secret about Lucas Silva’s physical condition. However, the Spanish newspaper Diario As published today that the Brazilian is living in Madrid but he can’t train. He is under medical control but he cannot come back to play football yet.

Real Madrid paid €13M to Cruzeiro in the Winter transfer window in 2015 after being one of the best midfielders in the Brazilian League. In his six months at Real Madrid he didn’t play many games and only appeared in eight games in La Liga under Carlo Ancelotti’s management. In the next summer, Real Madrid decided to give on loan Lucas Silva to Olympique Marseille.

The former Real Madrid player Míchel González was the coach and he had trust in improving his performance. However, his season in the French League was very disappointing. Lucas Silva played 22 games in Ligue One, only 11 of them in the starting eleven. He was losing his place in the team and finally the French club decided to not extend the contract. After that, Real Madrid found a suitable team for the Brazilian player, but his heart problems keep him away from football. Hopefully, he can come back eventually and show the good player he was in the Brazilian league.

Carlo Ancelotti left a big impact at Real Madrid. The Italian is now working at Bayern Munich but he has not forgotten Los Blancos and Real Madrid supporters will never forget him. The former Milan manager won the 10th Champions League trophy for Real Madrid and still keep a good relationship with the fans and the players.

Actually, Ancelotti was very criticized for the good relationship he maintained with his footballers. He was accused of being not tough enough with them: “The most important thing is the respect. […] The friendship arrives after, when you’re done working with them. Now I can tell I’m Cristiano’s friend and many more. I’m very fond with the squad I had at Real Madrid. I was very comfortable working with them and that’s why it was a great experience”, Ancelotti said to Diario Marca.

Ancelotti declares himself as “madridista”: “I’m Real Madrid supporter. I like this club, as well as I like Milan. Also PSG or Chelsea. I’m ‘madridista’”. According to Ancelotti, Real Madrid is a different club. He has now trained in Italy, England, France, Spain and Germany, but Los Blancos are different: “You can tell for the history, the tradition, the supporters… There is a big love all around the world to Real Madrid”.

At Real Madrid you have a lot of pressure but there are many positive things: “The experience tells me that every single coach should work at Real Madrid at least once in your life. It’s a huge thing. It’s a wonderful experience, almost unique. What happens at Real Madrid doesn’t happen in any other team. The supporters around the world are amazing. The wait for you in every hotel, airport…”.

Ancelotti left Real Madrid only after two years in charge. Florentino Pérez decided that the Italian wasn’t the correct man for the bench and the president chose Rafael Benítez instead. Ancelotti couldn’t win any title in his last season at Bernabéu: “The ideal time to be in a club is two years. I’d like to be more time, but when a big club needs to win everything it’s not always possible”.

The Italian manager also spoke in Marca about his exit from Real Madrid: “We fought until the end but every club is free to choose what they want at the end of the season. Real Madrid decided to change and they have the right to do it. My farewell is not going to change the way I think about those two years”, Ancelotti said.

James Rodríguez is another player when he plays for Colombia. The playmaker helped his team to beat Venezuela in the qualifying game for the Russian World Cup in 2018. Colombian won 2-0 against Venezuela with a great performance of the Real Madrid player.

James Rodríguez was again happy. He played for Colombia, where he is the major star and the leader of the team. Pekerman knows and give him all the responsibility. The Real Madrid player scored one goal, gave one assist and missed a penalty. He was the best player of the game.

This time, James Rodríguez didn’t say anything after the game. Usually, when the Real Madrid player goes with his national team, he complaints about his situation in his club. If James continues playing that well, he also did a great job against Celta Vigo, Zidane will have more headaches because the Colombian might deserve an opportunity.

James has now scored 3 goals in the qualifying group, only one less than the top scorer, Felipe Caicedo. The Real Madrid player also scored goals against Bolivia and Chile. Besides, James scored two more goals in the Copa América this summer. Therefore, his national team needs him and he is answering with goals and great performances.

Colombia’s next game is a tough one. James Rodríguez will face Neymar in Brazil on Wednesday at 1.45 (UK time). It will be a very important game between the third and the fifth in the table. Besides, James Rodríguez will meet Neymar, who also did a great job yesterday and beat Ecuador and scored one goal from the penalty kick.

This summer has been the quieter in 13 years for Real Madrid. Since 2003, when Real Madrid signed David Beckham after lifting the 9th Champions League, Los Blancos have always spent more money in the summer transfer window. This time, there were no ‘Galácticos’ for Florentino, who could only use the Santiago Bernabéu stadium to unveil Asenso and Morata.

Florentino Pérez only spent €30M this year when he executed the re-buy clause for Álvaro Morata, who came back from Juventus. Marco Asensio has also joined the club after a season on loan at Espanyol and Mariano Díaz will play with the first squad after being promoted by Zinedine Zidane. Fabio Coentrao stays finally at Real Madrid despite having the opportunity to sign for Inter Milan.

Despite there were a lot of rumours around Real Madrid, especially in the midfield position, the board decided to not sign anybody. Moussa Sissoko, N’Golo Kanté, Paul Pogba or Bernardo Silva didn’t finish the summer at Bernabéu.

However, Real Madrid supporters have reason to be happy after this transfer market. Nobody important in the squad left the club. Isco and James Rodríguez, whose situation lead to think that they might leave Real Madrid, finally stayed in the squad despite having big offers from important clubs.

Florentino Pérez has taken a wise decision. The squad didn’t need any big players and adding other stars to the team might have caused several problems to Zinedine Zidane. At the moment, the manager has two players for each position in the pitch, except in the stopper position, where Casemiro is the only player available.

Now, after winning the first three official games of the season, Zidane has a full squad to fight for all the titles. In a long squad with 24 footballers, everybody needs to feel important in the team. Zidane has a big challenge with the best squad Real Madrid has had in years.
