Real Madrid boss doesn’t want to sell any player in the summer transfer window and he hopes that Cristiano Ronaldo could reconsider his position after the Confederations Cup. Florentino Pérez spoke about the transfer market and the players that could come to Madrid, for instance Kylian Mbappé.

Florentino Pérez is confident that Cristiano Ronaldo could stay with Los Blancos one season more because they are happy with him: “Cristiano has contract with Real Madrid and we’re pleased with him. We know that he said to a colleague in the national team that he was bothered and he wanted to leave. I didn’t speak with him or give this issue a lot of importance. We just have to wait. He is angry for sure, because he is an honest person and he accomplishes with his duties. There are a lot of people that want to hurt him, but I’m convinced he’ll stay”.

It won’t be that easy for Álvaro Morata because many clubs want to sign him, including Manchester United. Actually, the Red Devils are favourites to sign the Spaniard in many bookmakers like netbet.co.uk: “I think there are no negotiations with United and it’s not true there is an agreement. June is not over and until 31st of August we have plenty of time. We’ll do the best, but Real Madrid is not a selling club”.

What it’s pretty sure is that Zinedine Zidane will continue as Real Madrid manager: “He continues for sure and the first thing we’re going to do is renewing his contract. No one knows the club and the dressing room better than him”, Florentino said in an interview with the radiostation esRadio.

About the transfer window, Kylian Mbappé is the main option: “We shouldn’t forget what happened with Pogba. People also said we had to sign him. Mbappé is very young and a great player. I like all the good players, but the squad has 24 players and only 11 play. There were a lot of players I liked and they didn’t have space”.

Besides, Florentino admits that Zidane has something special with this player: “Zidane is close to the player since some years ago because he followed him, like it happened with Varane. But few footballers play at Real Madrid being 18 years old. We have to be patients. If we bring Mbappé, who leaves?”, Florentino Pérez asked.

The president also spoke about Theo Hernández, Ceballos and Sandro, some youngsters that are highlighting in the European Championship Under 21: “We are speaking with Atlético about Theo and we hope to reach an agreement very soon. Ceballos? We have a sports strategy focused on youngsters, although not all end up playing here”.

No one doubts that Harry Kane is the best striker of the Premier League. The Tottenham forward finished another great season as the topscorer of the competition despite his injuries during the year. Now, Tottenham Hotspur has set a really high price for his best player: £200M. Who will dare to sign him?

Harry Kane scored last season 29 goals, after finding the net 8 times during the last three games. He overtook Romelu Lukaku in the first position of the topscorer table. In the last three seasons, Kane scored 75 goals only in the Premier League, becoming the best English striker and leading the national team.

For this reason, many clubs showed his interest in the player, among them Real Madrid. However, Los Blancos have lost their interest in the British striker and now they are focused on Kylian Mbappé. This high price doesn’t encourage them to try to tie him either, but there are other clubs that wanted to sign Kane.

Manchester United was the team with more odds to bring Kane out of London. The Red Devils are looking for a striker into the market and their first option is Álvaro Morata. Real Madrid set a price of €80M to the Spaniard, so he’s much cheaper than Harry Kane, according to the information published at The Independent.

Tottenham Hotspur want to build an ambitious project for the next years and they don’t want to lose Kane or Ali, their two best players. Daniel Levy, Spurs chairman, is a tough negotiator and Florentino Pérez knows very well after the agreements for Luka Modric and Gareth Bale. The Spurs will play this season at Wembley because they are building a new White Hart Lane. With the new stadium, Kane, Delle Ali and Mauricio Pochettino as the boss, the Spurs hope to become one of the best teams in Europe. For this reason, Kane is not on sale, for Real Madrid or for Manchester United.

Real Madrid sold Diego Llorente to Real Sociedad, who will pay €6M as a transfer fee. Los Blancos have included a buy-back clause for the next three years just in case the full back improve a lot and could return to the Spanish capital.

“Real Sociedad and Real Madrid CF have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Diego Llorente to the ‘txuri-urdin’ club. Diego Llorente has passed the medical test and this afternoon he signed the contract that will tie him to the club for the next 5 seasons. The Real Sociedad defender will be officially unveiled in the next days and the 7th of July he will start the pre-season with his new colleagues”, the statement says.

Diego Llorente played last season on loan with Málaga CF, scoring 2 goals in 25 games. The previous season he was also on loan at Rayo Vallecano, playing 33 games. Therefore, despite his age, he’s now 23 years old, Diego Llorente has wide experience in La Liga and he even made his debut with the Spanish national team.

He played for Castilla several seasons and a lot of game in Segunda B but he didn’t have many opportunities with Real Madrid first team. For this reason, the decision to leave the club was taken and he could enjoy a lot of minutes in La Liga.

It won’t be easy for Diego Llorente to have space in Real Sociedad line-up. Íñigo Martínez and Raúl Navas are the full back pair for Eusebio Sacristán, Real Sociedad manager, but the team will play European competitions the next season, so there will be plenty of games for everybody.

The defender came back to Madrid last weekend to close the deal with the Basque team. There were some problems in the negotiation but the agreement was reached. At least, Los Blancos have a buy-back clause similar to the one they included in Morata’s agreement with Juventus. In case Diego Llorente shines with Real Sociedad, Los Blancos could bring him back to the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid bosses have a lot of interest in the European Championship Under-21 taking place in Poland. Today we can see both semi-finals between England U-21 v Germany U-21 and Spain U-21 and Italy U-21. In the last clash, we can see face to face Marco Asensio and Gigi Donnarumma, perhaps team mates after some weeks.

Spain U-21 is the great favourite to win the tournament and they’ve shown why in the three first games of the competition. Albert Celades team won all three games with some great performances from Marco Asensio or Sandro Ramírez. The Real Madrid player shone with three goals in the first game against Macedonia and he’s the main start of the tournament. Today, he’ll have another great opportunity to show his quality and help Spain to reach the final.

It won’t be easy because they have to beat Italy, a tough team with some good players from Atalanta, Milan or Juventus in their team. Above all the players we find Gianluigi Donnarumma, AC Milan goalkeeper who has already played for the Italian national team replacing Gigi Buffon. Since Donnarumma announced he won’t renew his contract with AC Milan, he’s a main target for Real Madrid, according to his agent, Mino Raiola.

It will be exciting to see face to face Marco Asensio and Gigi Donnarumma in the same pitch (Tuesday, 20:00 UK Time). Both could be sharing dressing room next season if the goalkeeper finally leave Italy this summer. However, it won’t be easy because AC Milan want to get some money and they are threatening the player to keep him on the bench, preventing him from gaining experience in the Serie A.

Real Madrid are building a great team for the future and Zinedine Zidane could see some of his players in this game. For instance, Marcos Llorente o Jesús Vallejo will be in the Spanish line-up. Kepa or Sandro Ramírez are another interesting players in the Spanish national team.

Real Madrid scouters are having a close eye on the UEFA European Under 21 Championship taking place in Poland. There are many talents that Los Blancos could target this summer or in the future and there are also some current Real Madrid footballers shining in the tournament. Now we are in the last stages of the tournament, where the players with quality should stand out.

England v Germany and Spain v Italy are the two semi-finals of the tournament. Real Madrid bosses will watch the games very carefully because there are some very interesting players. At the first place, we can see three Real Madrid footballers in Spain. The most important one is Marco Asensio, who scored a hat-trick in the first game and he’s the leader of the team.

Besides, Spain can count on Jesús Vallejo and Marcos Llorente. Both players were on loan last season at Eintracht Frankfurt and Alavés. Vallejo will stay for sure in the squad as Pepe’s replacement, so he’ll be the fourth full back. Llorente’s future is uncertain because Zidane doesn’t know if he’ll have the minutes he needs to improve.

In the Spanish national team, we can see some other interesting players. For instance, Dani Ceballos, Betis midfielder, has been followed closely in the last months. He’s a playmaker with great quality in the midfield. Besides, another interesting player is Sandro Ramírez. Currently playing for Málaga, he’s a former FC Barcelona footballer, and now he’s the forward of the team. Atlético Madrid or Everton are fighting to get him on board.

Los Blancos can also see in the tournament very good goalkeepers. Spain goalkeeper is Kepa, from Athletic Club, and he’s already a very important player in his team. Obviously, the main interest is Gianluigi Donnarumma, Italian goalkeeper, and main target for Los Blancos this summer after he announced he won’t renew his contract with AC Milan.

Enzo Zidane is very close to sign his new contract with Alavés. The Real Madrid coach’s son will join La Liga club on loan for the next season after playing for Real Madrid Castilla in the last three seasons. The agreement could be closed this week.

Enzo Zidane has chosen Alavés because Marcos Llorente, his friend, played there the last season and he was able to play the Copa del Rey final against FC Barcelona. Llorente convinced Enzo that Alavés is the right place to grow up as a player, because he could enjoy minutes and the pressure is not that high.

Alavés have changed the manager this summer because Mauricio Pellegrino left and joined Southampton and Luis Zubeldía took over. Alavés were promoted last season and he avoided relegation easily last season, reaching the Copa del Rey final in a very successful season.

Enzo Zidane plays as a midfielder and he’s only 22 years old (24-04-1994). He has made his debut with the first team, playing 44 minutes in Copa del Rey in the game against Cultural Leonesa. With Real Madrid Castilla, Los Blancos second team, he played 32 games in the league, scoring five goals. The team was unable to reach playoff positions, so they’ll stay one more year in the third division (2ªB). Enzo played three season with Real Madrid Castilla, playing 8, 38 and 32 games in the competition.

Zinedine Zidane’s son hopes to have more minutes at Alavés and improve his performances, having many minutes in La Liga. Real Madrid continue giving on loan young players, so they can show their quality in the Spanish league and, hopefully, they can bring back the players if they are successful. Marcos Llorente went through the very same path and now he should be part of the Real Madrid squad for the next season.

Álvaro Arbeloa has announced he will retire from football this summer after a very difficult season at West Ham. The defender doesn’t want to play anymore despite physically he feels very well. The former Real Madrid player will go back to the Spanish capital and, perhaps, he could join the club and work for Los Blancos.

The right-back is only 34 years old (17-01-1983), but he thinks he’s not mentally prepared to play at a top level anymore. Arbeloa joined West Ham after seven years playing for Real Madrid. He could only play 3 games in the Premier League, enjoying 258 minutes. In his interview with Marca, where he announces the retirement, he admits the difficulties he suffered in London.

Álvaro Arbeloa was a very special player for Real Madrid supporters. He played for Los Blancos until 2006. Soon after, he went to play to Deportivo de la Coruña and then he travelled to Liverpool, where he spent three successful seasons. Real Madrid bought him for €4M and he spent seven more seasons with Los Blancos.

Arbeloa has always shown his love for Real Madrid and he’s very active in social media supporting his team. During the Mourinho period, he was a heavy defender of the Portuguese coach, but he continued at the club even after Mourinho left. With Real Madrid, Arbeloa won one La Liga, two Copa del Rey, one Spanish Supercup, two Champions League, one European Supercup and one FIFA Club World Cup. Besides, he won one World Cup and two European Championships with Spain.

After a very successful career, Arbeloa could work for Los Blancos: “Real Madrid know I’ll be there in the case they need me, because it’s my home, my beloved club. But I’ll never call to ask, but to offer. They know they can count on me. But in a short term I don’t know. I just quit […]. I have the sports director title and I’ll study to get the coach one”, Arbeloa said.

Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Pérez met this week to plan the transfer market and the squad for the next season. The manager doesn’t want many changes in the squad but there are some players who want to leave the club and Real Madrid will receive some appealing offer to sell other footballers. Among the rumours, L’Equipe published that Manchester United will bid for Gareth Bale, so Los Blancos will have money to sign Kylian Mbappé. Would you sell Gareth Bale?

Among the hundred of rumours that we can read during the summer, Bale’s name is not among them. In the past, the Welshman was linked to Manchester United or Manchester City as he was supposed to come back to his country. Bale’s injuries are preventing him to show his best level with Real Madrid, so it could be a good option to sell him if a good offer arrives.

Gareth Bale played only 19 games during La Liga this season, scoring 7 goals. He started the season quite well, but he got injured several times, the last one in El Clásico. Because of these problems, he lost importance in the squad and missed important games like the Champions League semi-finals or final. Isco replaced him, showing better level and giving more balance to the team, now playing with a 4-4-2 formation.

Bale says he’s happy in Spain and his family is very settled in the Spanish capital. However, he’s not able to speak Spanish yet and the supporters don’t seem to like him very much. In his first season, he scored very important goals in the Champions League final in Lisbon and in the Copa del Rey final against FC Barcelona, but he has lost this role in the team.

L’Equipe published this week that Zidane called Mbappé to convince him to join Real Madrid. The French newspaper says that Bale could leave the club and go to Manchester United, so there will be room for the French player. The question is: Is it a good idea to replace Bale for Mbappé?

Real Madrid paid around €100M to Tottenham Hotspur in 2013. No one doubts about his quality and skills, but he has a problem with the injuries. Pepe will be a free agent on the 30th of June. His future is still unknown because the Portuguese defender hasn’t signed anything with any club. All the informations said that PSG moved quickly to tie the defender, but a new opportunity has come up for the full-back. Besiktas scouters are in Portugal to try to reach an agreement with the players’ agent.

Pepe is currently focused in the Confederations Cup so it’s very unlikely that we know his future in the next few days. However, once the tournament ends, the player will sign a contract with another club. His deal with Real Madrid expires on the 30th of June, so afterwards, he’ll be a free agent, able to negotiate with any club.

His first option was PSG, but he will face heavy competence there. Marquinhos and Thiago Silva are the two full-backs, so Pepe would have to wait for an opportunity on the bench. This issue makes him hesitate about the idea of moving to France. Now, Besiktas are trying to tie him and the Turkish club plays the next Champions League and Pepe will be a very important player in the team.

Besiktas sent this week an agent to Portugal to try to negotiate for Pepe. His name is Ahmed Butut and he’s also Arda Turan’s agent: “Yes, I’m currently in Lisbon because of Pepe. There are huge clubs chasing him up, but his transfer to Besiktas is close”, the Turkish media published.

Pepe didn’t accept the offer presented by Real Madrid. Los Blancos offered him a one year deal but the player wanted two more years. There was no agreement so Pepe left the club. The defender wasn’t happy at all and he criticized Florentino Pérez and Zinedine Zidane in his farewell. Unfortunately, he got injured against Atlético Madrid in La Liga and he wasn’t able to play the last games of the season, including the final stages of the Champions League.

Real Madrid have done an incredible season winning the double with La Liga, and the Champions League. This was a very difficult task, because Los Blancos had not won La Liga in the last five years and they are the first team who proclaims for second time in a row Champions League winners. Now it’s the moment to evaluate the performance of the players during the season 2016-2017.

In one of the best season in the history of Real Madrid there have been players who didn’t have their best year. Fabio Coentrao performance has been really disappointed. The Portuguese left back has affirmed during the season that he doesn’t deserve to wear Real Madrid shirt because he has not been fit in all the year and when Marcelo was injured or absent, Nacho has been the player who has played in the left back. He has been all the season with physical problems that prevented him to have a bit of continuity with the aim of achieving his best level.

Coentrao arrived to Madrid in 2011, for an amount of €30M from Benfica. He has never been the most important left back in the squad because Marcelo is the owner of that position. His contract expires in 2019 and he is currently earning €2.5 M per year, a very high salary if we are talking of a player who only has played three games in the regular season and 96 minutes in Champions League.

It looks like this will be the last year of the Portuguese left back in Madrid because it seems that he will return to his country, signing with Sporting Lisbon, closing a stage of five years playing for Real Madrid. We can only highlight in these five years his good performance in the Champions League semifinal of 2014, where Coentrao was introduced in the line-up showing a great level. But we can affirm that this was he best match in all the games he has played with Los Blancos. Now Los Blancos are going to sign another left back, and it looks like Theo Hernández is going to be his substitute.
