Cristiano Ronaldo is angry with Real Madrid and the Spanish tax authorities and he’s thinking about leaving Spain. Taking in consideration this situation, there are many clubs that could be interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, although few of them have the economic power to afford paying the transfer fee and the salary. One of them is PSG and the French club will keep a close eye on the Portuguese player’s situation.

This Wednesday, the French newspaper L’Equipe published on their front page that PSG will be in wait just in case Cristiano Ronaldo finally decides to leave Spain. PSG boss, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, has a really good relationship with the Portuguese, who has been a target for the French club in the last years.

However, PSG won’t offer as much money as Real Madrid were expecting. The player is already 32 years old, so they know the offer shouldn’t be very high and they will compensate offering a very high salary to the Portuguese player. Nevertheless, the transfer fee would be around €100M or €150M, so these are numbers to think about a possible transfer.

PSG have to decide whether to try to sign Cristiano Ronaldo or Kylian Mbappé. Unai Emery, PSG manager, said that the French club should try to sign the Mónaco forward because he’s the best French player, so they are going to compete with Los Blancos chasing Kylian Mbappé. Both play in a similar position, so Al-Khelaifi should choose between both.

A Bola published last week that Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to leave Spain after the prosecutor published a report where they accused the player of defrauding €14.7M. Florentino Pérez backed the player although he hasn’t spoken with him yet. According to some sources, the player is happy with the president’s words and he’s already reconsidering his position.

Cristiano Ronaldo will need to be in Madrid on the 31st of July instead of enjoying the holidays, in case Portugal win the Confederations Cup. The Real Madrid star have to testify in front of the judge at Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) on the 31st of July after the prosecutor report accusing Cristiano Ronaldo of evading €14.7M.

Last week, the Spanish prosecutor presented a report where they accused Cristiano Ronaldo of fraud for €14.7M. They said that he had companies in the British Virgin Islands to hide money from the Spanish tax authorities. The idea was paying less taxes for the image rights. Cristiano Ronaldo had the same economic architecture in the United Kingdom, but this could not work for Spain.

After this announcement, the Portuguese newspaper A Bola published in the front page that Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to leave Spain. The player doesn’t feel love in the country and he’s very hurt for this accusations. According to this information, the forward has already told the club his intention to leave the club this summer.

Real Madrid published a statement defending his player and Florentino Pérez spoke about the issue. The president said he hasn’t spoken with Cristiano yet and he thinks that this is a misunderstanding. The footballer hired a legal company specialized in taxes to help him with the Spanish tax authorities.

Now, we’ll see Cristiano Ronaldo attending to the court to testify in front of the judge. We already saw these photos with Leo Messi, who was convicted for fraud some months ago. Cristiano Ronaldo said several times that he is not a criminal and he has always had the willingness of paying his taxes. For this reason, the Portuguese footballer doesn’t understand the media coverage about this issue and why he’s been prosecuted for this. Unfortunately he cannot avoid now the pictures when he has to attend to the court.

Robert Lewandowski is not happy at Bayern Múnich and he has entered in the Real Madrid transfer list for the summer. With all the news around Cristiano Ronaldo’s possible departure from Real Madrid, the Polish striker could be a great replacement.

Lewandowski’s agent, Maik Barthel, spoke with the German newspaper ‘Kicker’ about the striker anger with Carlo Ancelotti, his current manager. The Polish forward doesn’t understand why the Italian coach didn’t include Lewandowski in the list for the last game of Bundesliga. The player wanted to finish the season as the topscorer of the competition but Aubameyang won finally the award.

“He’s disappointed, I never saw him like this”, his agent told to the journalists. Lewandowski is not very happy with the former Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti and the Italian manager will continue one year more in Munich. Besides, Ancelotti didn’t get the titles he expected in his first season in the German club, because he could only touch silverware with the Bundesliga title.

The agent words to ‘Kicker’ have triggered the rumours about his possible departure. There would be many clubs interested, including Real Madrid. After Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to leave the club, in case the Portuguese finally leaves the Spanish capital, Florentino Pérez would have to find a replacement. Kylian Mbappé is the first option but Lewandowski has always been a target for Los Blancos.

The Polish strikers showed off some years ago in the Champions League semi-finals against Real Madrid when he was defending Borussia Dortmund colours. Lewandowski scored four goals in Germany and he’s always been a threat for Los Blancos when they had to face Lewandowski.

In December 2016, Lewandowski renewed his contract with Bayern Munich until 2021. Therefore, every possibility of signing him was vanished in the winter. Things changes and now Lewandowski is again in the market, especially if the relationship with Ancelotti doesn’t improve during the pre-season.

Danilo arrived to Real Madrid two seasons ago and he has still to show his best level in the club. However, the right-back has improved in the last games of the season and he’s looking forward to staying in the team and train with Zinedine Zidane. The Brazilian defender spoke with the TV Channel SportTV about these two years in the Spanish capital.

The defender is still amazed with Zinedine Zidane: “Now I’m use to it but sometimes I stopped and think that Zidane is my coach, a great thing because every day he has something to teach me and not about study or theory but experience, life experience”.

According to the Brazilian player, the difference between Zidane and Benítez is huge: “You cannot compare, even because of the titles…”. “For instance, at Santos one of my coaches was Muricy Ramalho, who could get the best out of me and he was a player and understand the footballers. This makes the confidence and the team to grow”.

Danilo also explained the key facts about Zidane’s training sessions: “He teaches us what we have to do in the practice and he does it well. Several times he plays the games and when he fails he gets nervous. He has this player spirit”.

Finally, Danilo spoke about why Zidane is so important for him: “He admires a lot the Brazilian players, for our quality, because we can make different things. I don’t say this just for the day-to-day but he feels general admiration for Brazilian football. This is a exchange of affection very good”.

Danilo also explained how he signed for Los Blancos: “When the offers arrived I knew I had the Real Madrid one and I didn’t want to hear about any other club, I wanted to go to Real Madrid”. The defender was tempted by Neymar: “He told me: ‘Come here’. But he respected me because he knew it was a personal decision, about feelings. In the moment Real Madrid show up, I didn’t hesitate”.

After two difficult seasons, Danilo this it is the right moment to “shine”: “In these two seasons I had to face challenges, difficulties that I hadn’t lived before and I could overcome them”.

Florentino Pérez spoke with the journalists after renewing his position as Real Madrid president because he had no rivals in the elections. The president main issue at the moment is Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to leave the club after the report made by the Spanish prosecutor saying that the Portuguese star had hidden €14.7M to the Tax Authorities.

The president hasn’t spoken yet with the player but he doesn’t think the footballer could leave the club: “Currently, he’s a Real Madrid player. It should happen something very unusual for him to leave. I I don’t consider it, especially without speaking with him”, Pérez said in the radiostation Onda Cero.

Florentino Pérez defended the Portuguese striker: “I know Cristiano Ronaldo and he’s a good guy, a good professional. Everything is very odd. I’ll speak with him and he’ll tell me. I’m going to defend him as a person. I think everybody should pay the taxes. But also he wanted to accomplish with his duties. I think he has the same corporate structure than in England, a country from the EU. It was valid there and he brought it here. I say how the news were treated and it also affected me”.

Some sources say that Cristiano Ronaldo is angry with the club because they didn’t defend him: “I’m not here to defend him. The club made a statement. It’s not because he earns a lot or not, but everybody needs to pay what they have to”.

He is as strong outside the pitch as inside. I’m sure he doesn’t fail to accomplish with his tax duties. I guess this is a confusion. It could have been misunderstood”.

Florentino Pérez said that he knew about the news when A Bola published the front page, last week. He hasn’t received any offer yet for Cristiano Ronaldo: “I haven’t spoken with Nasser [PSG boss] or anybody, and we haven’t received any offers for Cristiano, Morata or James. And we haven’t done any offer for anybody”.

Finally, the Real Madrid boss didn’t want to talk about a price: “There are no numbers. The only possibility we’re thinking about is staying with the players we have. And if we do something, it’ll be excepcional. Until the 31st of August, life could change”.

One role that Real Madrid can improve in the summer transfer window is the goalkeeper one. Keylor Navas showed flaws and he’s faced several controversy and criticism during the season, but he stood up and won La Liga and the Champions League with great performances. Now, the debate is opened: Should Real Madrid sign a new goalkeeper?

Gigi Donnarumma announced last week that he won’t renew his contract with AC Milan, expiring in 2018. So now, the club needs to sell him to get some money out of him and his agent, Mino Raiola, said that Real Madrid have already made a bid. Besides, David De Gea has been a target for Los Blancos in the last three years and Florentino Pérez looks focused on getting him after the problems with the paperwork in the deadline day two years ago.

David De Gea is 26 years old and he’s been playing for Manchester United for the last six years. Before, he was defending Atlético Madrid’s t-shirt. He’s the goalkeeper of the Spanish national team and he wants to live in Madrid as his girlfriend and family are in the capital. De Gea’s transfer fee would be very high, around €75M, perhaps the highest transfer fee ever paid for a goalkeeper.

On the other hand, Gigi Donnarumma is 18 years old and he’s played the last two season for AC Milan, becoming one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A and the Buffon’s replacement in the national team. His transfer fee would be very low and he has a great future in front of him. The flaw is that he has not the experience of De Gea or Keylor Navas, as he has never played the Champions League, for instance.

Then, we have Keylor Navas. The Costa Rican goalkeeper is 30 years old and he arrived to Real Madrid in 2014 from Levante after paying €10M. That summer, Keylor showed off with his national team in the Brazilian World Cup. During his first season, he had to compete with Iker Casillas and he didn’t have many opportunities. Then, with Zidane on the bench, he’s been always in the line-up, winning back-to-back titles of the Champions League. He has committed many mistakes this season, but he ended up the year with great performances and he has the support of his colleagues and the coach.

Taking all this in consideration, what should Florentino Pérez do? Should he support Keylor Navas as the goalkeeper like the Real Madrid players want? Should he spend a lot of money for De Gea? Should he think about the future and sign Donnarumma?

Kylian Mbappé wants to arrive to Madrid in the summer. The striker told Mónaco president, Dmitri Rybolóvlev, on Thursday that he wants to end up playing for Real Madrid. Actually, according to the newspaper MARCA, he said “or Real Madrid or nowhere” to the Mónaco boss.

Kylian Mbappé said that Real Madrid wanted to sign him since he was a youngster. Besides, Zinedine Zidane also showed a lot of interest in the striker and Mbappé thinks Madrid could be his perfect destination. But the situation is difficult, even if the player is willing to move to Madrid. Mónaco will ask for more than €100M, so Mbappé would be the most expensive player to sign for Real Madrid in their history.

Real Madrid have many competitors to sign Mbappé, although the player’s will is very clear. Especially PSG would like to tie him, as Unai Emery said recently. Mbappé’s family would like him to move to Paris because he has some family there and his brother is playing as well in the French capital.

Mbappé is a player for the present but also for the future. Real Madrid’s new project has a lot of future, with Asensio, Carvajal, Isco or Kovacic leading the team. The French player could be another important piece of this puzzle for the future.

If Cristiano Ronaldo finally leaves the club in the summer, Florentino Pérez would need to sign a new ‘Galáctico’ for the team. Now that Hazard has shut the door to Los Blancos, Mbappé could be the perfect choice for this role. At least, Real Madrid already have the ‘Yes, I want” from the player. Now, they’d need to deal with Mónaco’s president, a tough man when he negotiate the sales of the players.

The candidates who wanted to present their project to lead Real Madrid had until yesterday at 00:00, according to what the electoral board established some days ago. No one dared to present their candidacy to fight with Florentino Pérez to become the new president of the club. Therefore, Pérez starts today his fifth period as Real Madrid president.

Real Madrid membership cards holder’s don’t vote since 2006, when Ramón Calderón was elected. Some time later, Calderón resigned and Florentino took over in 2009 when he was the only person to present the candidacy in the elections of that very same years. Since then, Florentino Pérez has had no rivalry in the presidency. Pérez was also president from 2000 to 2006, when he resigned after the bad results for the team known as “Galácticos”.

Florentino Pérez is now living his best period as president. The club has won back-to-back Champions League titles and there is a social peace in all the statements. Besides, everybody agrees that Zinedine Zidane should lead the project, so he is the right person to be the manager. It was very controversial the decision Pérez took of removing Carlo Ancelotti from the bench and hire Rafa Benítez. Only six months later, he rectified and chose Zidane as the manager.

Now, Florentino Pérez has to design a new plan for the next season. Now it will be even tougher because Los Blancos have a winning project and they only need to touch a few things. Pérez has also to speak with Cristiano Ronaldo and convince him to stay in the club or sell him for a lot of money to one of the giants of Europe.

We can be certain that Florentino Pérez era is not over. The president will be in the charge another four years and no Real Madrid fan can imagine now the club with other president. What will happen in the future? Only Florentino Pérez knows but the replacement in the presidency is not going to happen in the short-term.

Zinedine Zidane is making history at Real Madrid. The coach only arrived to the bench in January 2016 but he’s been able to change everything so Los Blancos are now the best team in the world. In only 18 months, Zidane won two Champions League, one La Liga, one European Supercup and the FIFA Club World Cup. He’s now the fifth coach in the Real Madrid history with more titles.

The best coach in the history of the club is Miguel Muñoz. He was Real Madrid coach between 1960 and 1974, winning 14 titles for the club. Among them, we can highlight 9 La Liga titles or 2 European Cups -currently Champions League-.

Then we can see Luis Molowny, who trained the team in several periods: 1974, 1977-79, 1982 and 1985-86. In all this time, the coach, who also played for the team between 1946 and 1957, won 8 titles. He lifted 3 La Liga titles, 2 UEFA Cups and 2 Spanish Cups.

The third one is Vicente del Bosque, who lived a successful period between 1999 and 2003. In these years he won two La Liga trophies, two Champions Leagues, one Spanish and one European Supercup and the Intercontinental Cup. José Villalonga (1955-57) is the next of the list, with six titles and two European Cups.

With the same titles as Zinedine Zidane we can see Leo Beenhakker, who trained Los Blancos between 1986-89. He won three leagues, one Spanish Supercup and one Copa del Rey.

Carlo Ancelotti also played a great role in Real Madrid history winning four titles -Champions League, Copa del Rey, European Supercup and FIFA Club World Cup- in only two years. José Mourinho, on the other hand, only won three titles -La Liga, Copa del Rey and Spanish Supercup- in three years.

Hopefully, Zidane’s era is still starting, so the coach should be able to win many more titles, especially with the young and promising squad Florentino is designing.

Real Madrid have done an incredible season winning the double with La Liga, and the Champions League. This was a very difficult task, because Los Blancos had not won La Liga in the last five years and they are the first team who proclaims for second time in a row Champions League winners. Now it’s the moment to evaluate the performance of the players during the season 2016-2017.

Danilo’s performance was quite poor in this season. In fact, since he arrived from Porto two years ago for an amount of €35M, he didn’t give the level that every Real Madrid supporter expected from him. The Brazilian right back has been several times in Zidane’s line-up this year but whenever he played, he showed a lot of doubts, committing important mistakes and proving that Carvajal must be Real Madrid’s right back for many years. We can also confirm, that Nacho has been many times playing in Danilo’s position when Carvajal was injured or suspended, showing that the French manager doesn’t trust him too much.

This season, Carvajal has been the owner of the right back position and Danilo only played when the Spanish player was absent. He had very poor performances in certain important clashes, as the one at Sevilla, scoring an own goal and having many difficulties to stop the attacks in his side. Despite the high amount of money Real Madrid paid to sign the Brazilian right back, he is Zidane’s fourth option after Carvajal, Marcelo and Nacho.

Two season ago Danilo played 24 games in La Liga and seven in Champions League, while in the last year, he participated in 17 games in the regular season, being only in three times in a Champions League line-up and playing the five games Real Madrid played this season in La Copa del Rey where they were knocked out by Celta de Vigo in the quarter finals.

Now Real Madrid must think if they want to sell Danilo or if they believe in him and give him the chance to play his third season with Real Madrid’s shirt, with the aim of showing the same level he showed in his stage at Porto.
